Great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Som easy to use and get started. I love the workflows so im able to automate the process of nurturing prospects and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would want to have the ability in the chatbot to also make the visitors have more options. Like insert their number so that will directly give us a call and when we answer that call we will get connected to that person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all our customers and how they intearct with us online.

The ability to take complex project and simplify them

Sometime's the felexibitity of the tool can be frustraiting.

Lead generation, as well as web traffic sources.

I like that it is easy to use when it comes to buttons and location of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I have to connect everything. I wish there was a way this was done more intiatively. Like lists are the ban of my existance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with fellow coworkers and their work. I like that it fuels sales and that when used correctly shows the flow of our contacts through our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using it for a short time, but so far I love the help that is available with the learning academys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used long enough to see a real downside yet. I've heard nothing but great things aobut the product. Especially at INBOUND.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and segmentation. Also keeping our ads togehter in one spot to help more with lead generation. This will eventually help with productivity. Hopefully we will see the increase soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, User Friendly, AI add-on, Templates
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to remove unsubscribed, bounced, and unengaged contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to send emails, generate leads, and track analytics to an extent based on our current platform
Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and straightforward it was to get started and grow with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interfacing can be a little counter productive, like reporting in multiple spots etc. Still very easy to find though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cutting back on overall time spent on day to day tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with the modules and widgets. Very easy to learn
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integration with other apps such as tiktok or developing more with LinkedIn.

ease of creating campaigns and linking touches together.
Hubspot Marketing Hub Works how you Need it to!
What do you like best about the product?
Email, Social scheduling posts, tracking and analytics and reporting. The data you need and search for is built natively into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of small features it's missing such as forms that are tracked directly from emails, there are work arounds for these problems, but it does make it more challenging to solve some small problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we did not have much tracking for different outreaches (email, video, form submissions to website visits) but Hubspot has each of these built in natively. It also makes it super easy to track touch points as you can in one simple view see all the different touch points with a contact and their entire history.

Easy workflows and simple integration and management of social media accounts. Scheduling has never been smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming without some initial help and guidance through the HubSpot academy or without a set-up partner. Fortunately we've had both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is literally a hub for all things marketing and sales at our company of around 500. We are a niche company in a niche industry and HubSpot has done wonders for making website updates and social media management simple by comparison to using wordpress and oracle eloqua.

Easy to use, helpful, intuitive. Love how easy it is to clone previous campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
We need forms to be limitable. We need to be able to limit the number of people who enroll for a class or event.

Scheduling linkedin posts. Campaigns keep all assets together and make everything trackable.
