hubsot is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
ability to plan and automate. insights and analytics are also great
What do you dislike about the product?
no downsides that we've come across yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
gives us the ability to plan and schedule in advance. email nurturing has been hugely helpful for us as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
More Templates for email... Drag and drop pictures similar to Constant Contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Journey Automation. Clean Data for Emails. Better branding on emails
Overall positive and user friendly.... except for this survey

The ability to post to several different sites
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media analytics. Reports are hard to pull and do not provide easy to use data.

Hubspot is a great one stop shop
I find HubSpot to be the most user friendly CRM out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. For me email creation is a big part of my job and it helps to make this process more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find reporting and workflows can be a but sticky. But working with hubspot support makes things a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us create more automated processes and simplified flows for existing and new consumers
Easy to Use for Email Marketing and Landing Pages
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up email campaigns is easy and utilizing lists makes it really easy to target the right audience. Using landing pages for campaigns is very easy to set up once you have templates that you like or you can make your own templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be improvements in certain reports that we would like more data on. For example, it would be great if the form submission data had more detailed reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the needs we have for email automation and landing pages. Their reporting across all HubSpot assets allows us to dig in and see what traffic converts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer targetting, automation, segmentation, ad and campaign tracking, team access to tools and resources, search, all of these things are wonderful for us and it's great
It is quite intuitive

I like that it really considers markeets mind and implements the system based on their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything at the moment.

It helps me create report, dashboard that can drive strategic decision.
A Game Changer for our Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how streamlined and simple everything is. Quick to navigate, and has the tools I need to do my job efficiently and creatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the new social scheduling tool and how sometimes the posts will "schedule" but then after posting, any posts with issues aren't shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking the lead on AI integration is helpful. Otherwise, I wouldn't know where to start and would inherently resist the change.
Great resources and experience for beginning users
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is an intuitive user expereince. It has a lot of resources for the first time user to get them up and running on setting up campaigns and sending email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is being able to host videos on more than just HubSpot landing pages. It would be nice to be able to host videos in HubSpot also utilize them on our website pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting dashboards are easy to set up and in a graphical format that appeals to our leadership teams. Making it easy to show marketing KPIs and lead engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
After using HubSpot for the past nine years, I can't imagine doing the work of a marketing director without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features and functions I wish I had the capacity to explore. The product is too comprehensive :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me communicate with prospects quickly, easily, and effectively. I'm always learning best practices too.
