I love everything about Hubspot, and I'll would love to see more reporting

Integrated systems, ease of use, data reporting and consistently updating and innovating business applications that make makrketing easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
INtegrated systems for marketing, sales and service.

The data and analytics, email marketing, building landing pages and generally building content is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it difficult to build dashboards but I'm excited to hear about the new AI feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to move fast in a constantly evolving and changing industry. HubSpot is also helping us to demonstrate why marketing is valuable.
HubSpot's Marketing Hub has been a multi-faceted tool that has supported my company for years.
What do you like best about the product?
The capacity to endlessly customize CRM records and workflows. Also, the new social media studio has greatly improved the efficiency of our content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I "dislike". However, my biggest want for the Marketing Hub has been better assistive tools. With the introduction of AI, I see this being met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one man show when it comes to digital marketing. My company's data integrity is also poor. Having HubSpot's Marketing Hub gives me the capacity to accomplish all the roles I fill and allows me to build and maintain a strong data "source of truth" for our goals.
Best in class marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is intuitive, easy to use, and incredibly powerful for the SMBs that I with on a day-to -day basis. The new AI functionality has made it incredibly easy to create, tweak and deploy content across a variety of platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not HIIPA compliant (yet). but they're constantly adding new features and solutions, so if there's something that isn't there yet, chances are it will be soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub ties together all of the elements of our work for clients and for our own company. It saves time, integrates well with other solutions, and provides and all-in-one solution for most of our needs.

Easy Design Tools. Can create flexible and well designed pages.

Learning curve with some features. Platform can be overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation is very intuitive, accepability from our global marketing teams is high. Like that it is connected with several tools especially also the campaign feature that gives a perfect overview of the performances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer the folder structure to appear in all features in exactly the same way. Visibility of accessmanagement could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is extremely user friendly - the drag and drop functionality for emails, landing pages, and forms makes it quick and easy to create marketing campaigns without code.
What do you dislike about the product?
For email sometimes I'd like to create a more custom template and sometimes that can be tricky with the drag and drop functionality.

Marketing Hub makes it easy to build an automated email campaigns for different stages of the customer journey. There are many options for pulling in triggers and delays based on customer behavior, data, and marketing events.
