Really enjoy using HubSpot's marketing hub!
What do you like best about the product?
I find the marketing email tools the most helpful because they make it really easy to design and create marketing emails. I also enjoy the use of workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be nice to have a bit more design freedom in the marketing emails. The blog pages can be a little confusing as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the problem of having data to back up our marketing efforts since HubSpot contiunually tracks everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the useful tool which helps in email campaigns and product branding. It helps in creating different contents and producing them in a creative manner to the end user. The UX is so user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Preloaded templates can be added more in order to get exposure to more number of designs and it will increase the efficiency of the software and user can never think of any competitive softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is playing a vital role in the development of email campaigns and social media marketing. It helps in providing creative marketing designs and makes easier way to do the campaigns efficiently.
If you aren't using hubspot, you are missing out!

The use it can be given as an aid in the monitoring and scheduling not only of campaigns but also of social efforts

The investment part, I think, is not as intuitive and easy to follow as its other functions.

The email marketing tools! i am an email marketing nerd and love the ab testing, ai tools, graphic choices.

Creating reports. sometimes i feel the drag and drop can be a bit confusing and harder to use than other platforms I have used before.

Its an all in one platform so I feel that all my work is consolidated in one spot and not silouhed across different campaigns I am running

What do you like best about the product?
The hub is great for businesses of all sizes and I think thats what makes it so great. I have clients of all sizes using it effectively.

I always think we can improve on reporting and I think that may be happening soon with the AI additions

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how user friendly the portal is. Clear drop downs and options, as well as layout and design elements are easy to use.
I prefer it over our previous portal as it is more appealing with a modern design and feel which brings our members a better experience.

Sometimes there are too many drop down options and titles can be misleading - confusion for marketing department use. Color coding or meta descriptions may be helpful. Or an FAQ area for easy help!

HubSpot is solving the issue of reaching our customers. It allows me to communicate with them in a timely manner and without worrying about spamming them with emails.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been integral for our small, tight knit marketing team. All content / assets are visible to all teams, easily edited / managed by teams, and provides deep insights into performance. Additionally, HubSpot Marketing Hub's newest AI prompts enable easy success for small marketing teams like mine -- allowing us to manage tons of projects with ease.

There are no downsides I could provide about HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps our team solve the blocker of, well, having a small team. We have less hands onboard, but HubSpot Marketing Hub (especially the newest AI additions) make our work so much easier. This Hub allows for easy analytic tracking, management of content, and accessible information for all teams.
