Couldn't do my job without Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
As a sole marketer I could not do my job without Hubspot. Before Hubspot I would spend so much time moving between different platforms for surveys, email, SEO, website blogging...
Now it is all in one place providing a wholistic view of our customers, opportunities and prospects.
Also the support is amazing!!

What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding can be a bit time-consuming and I have done it twice because I introduced Hubspot when I changed companies. Chill and realise it will take a month or so to get everything set up, but when you have then you will fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot informs our sales and marketing activities, it helps us attract business and convert pipeline faster. It provides everyone with a wholistic view of the customer and lets sales and marketing work together.
Meets the basic needs to put together campaigns, websites, and landing pages
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking, visibilty, and insights. Forms that are dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website and Landing page template deisgns. Being able to configure more simply without coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us bring togther enterprise leads that can be vetted for enterprise sales. Once lead is becomes SQL or MQL we can make sure it is sent to the correct location. Either enterprise or network.
Positive experience using Hubspot to support the growth of a small financial institution
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use the email functionatliy and find it much more user friendly than alternatives like Mailchimp.
What do you dislike about the product?
For something so important, it feels like it should be more than a dropdown from a list in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing our members (we are a credit union) in a timely way. We find the email marketing tools and actual UX much more intuitive than Mailchimp, which seems to constantly need to reload the page.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a cohesive view of all marketing operations and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social Media scheduler needs more channel support ....Google Business Profile, Tiktok, etc.

Lead tracking and viewing customer interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with other tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, ClickUp, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an agency, not all of our clients use the paid version of HubSpot, so we have limited access to features at an agency level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing where our customers are coming from and which channels are working vs not. It helps me know where to put my attention

What do you like best about the product?
The lead capture option in the marketing is not only use for data collection but also use for creating contact
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact property does not retain your previous data, to see your past data you have to use the deal property.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all customer's information in one place without using multiple tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot email marketing tools are really helpful for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much for things I dislike. I need to learn more about ALL of the tools in our suite, but that's on me to take that time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with our existing customers and also marketing to prospects, abondoned cart campaigns, etc.

It's ability to quickly and effectively customize the contact & company properties, allow us to created tailored emails and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop & outlook integration can be limited and sometimes requires to re-login to make it work.

It is helping to solve our ability to fully utilize our contact & customer database.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our website, social, and email are connected in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the marketing automation and website tools challenging to use. As well as reporting. I have only been using the platform for 4 months, though, and probably just need some more training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, it's a convenient way to manage our marketing campaigns. All team members can use it easily.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub has made creating landing page, forms, email campaigns and CTAs a breeze. It is easy to navigate, the support team always has an answer and we are able to report on our success!

Sometimes the limitations in creating workflows leave us stuck.

HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to see engagement with the customers/prospcets we are contacting. It also has been able to help us see the success in our campaigns.
