Hubspot is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use. I use it primarily for email building and honestly setting up and using templates could not be easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better access to HTML within the template itself to customize specific campaign email elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has made it really easy for me to quickly and cleanly put together email campaigns. The templates are extremely user friendly. Scheduling sends is super simple and inutitive. Schedule summaries are packed full of all the information I need. Everything is just easier with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub intuitively helps our team deliver multi-faceted email campaigns and workflows, gives us informative insights on our prospects and their responses, and helps us to efficiently and effectively market to our customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub is a great tool, but for some of our more traditional team members, adoption has been slow - and they struggle with using all of the valuable tools on this platform. Setting up some of the workflows and finding some of the reporting has been tricky even for me, so I can see how someone less tech savvy could be struggling with some of the functionality and adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping to easily build compelling landing pages, deliver multi-touch point campaigns to leads, manage our sales pipeline, have visbility into effectiveness (when our sales leaders use the tool correctly), see what messaging resonates most via open/click rates, and more.

Easy to use. Integrates with our CRM. Email building tools are easy to use. Overall, products work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides currently about the marekting hub.

Email marketing and analytics. Reporting.

Marketing Hub is super intuitive and very easy to use.

The fact that you can upload 1000 contacts without an email address - but can't manually create one without.

It allows us to keep all of our marketing activities in one location..

It is fairly easy to use and if you need assistance navigating or finding something HubSpot does a great job with supportive asssitance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot in there so making sure you use all the tools and use them to the fullest can be daunting

It is helping me do my job faster and more efficiently and effectively

Best automation tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The Interface is one of the best out there which makes the user experience incredible and it's amazingly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing. The only thing that could be a bit better might be that some features are only available in the biggest tier(enterprise). I'd love to see things like business units in professional(mid tier)

Once it's setup it's helping a lot to automate almost every aspect of a business

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about HubSpot Marketing hub is how responsive the reps are when I have a question. Whether it's finding a way to make a workflow or report read how I need it to, they always have an answer or they will find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get frustrated when the fields available in reports, queries, and workflows is not the same. I would also really like for contact and deal based workflow to flow better together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot reports have made it possible for us to dig into data that we have never had before. We can now compare contact and deal data in one source instead of exporting and manipulating (diluting) our data.

We really enjoy how the reps at HubSpot have worked with us to continuously improve our Email Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our call center doesn't use the HubSpot CRM and it can be frustrating to not see the entire customer journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting has made it so that we can dig into data in a way that we have never before. This allows us to make data-driven decisions on the fly and feel confident in our decisions.

HubSpot is a powerful CRM tool to promote campaigns with different templates. Email Marketing, Content Marketing, workflows, and Dashboard reporting, Campaign scheduling are amazing

Hubspot is cost-effective, It needs to improve reporting functionality to give different Analyses with predictions. So that, it helps marketing to bring more effective strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a fantastic tool for promoting campaigns with scheduling. Email workflows are good and tracking campaign performance is amazing. Such as click rate and open rate. It helps to validate the qualified leads.
