What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub is a suite of marketing tools that help businesses attract, engage, convert and manage leads, in on place. it has email marketing, lead generation, forms, webpages, AB testing, analytics and many features that help businesses to make better decisions for customer journeys.
I can say every beginner should try this tool to enhance their marketing solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub has some limitations if we compare it with other CRM tools like Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
1) HubSpot supports AI powered emails where messages are tailored deeply, using CRM data, so each recipient feels more one-to-one.
2) There's a new marketing studio, which is a visual canvas where you can plan, create, and execute campaigns.
3) This is powerful because it makes campaign planning more collaborative + creative, freeing up teams to think big rather than getting stuck in execution detail.

What do you dislike about the product?
A native data pipeline engine (similar to SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Talend) would help users perform:
1) De-duplication
2) Fuzzy matching
3) Data quality services
4) Scheduled Transformations
This would reduce dependency on external ETL tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is great for creating a ladning page with differnt forms of templates, Content management, E-mail Marketing, Social Medial Marketing and Search engine Optimization (SEO).

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, clean, great analytics and content management, high potential for growth and attaining higher revenue

A few limitations on the starter version, to be expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all my marketing data into my CRM and talks to my sales hub
HubSpot has been a much more user-friendly experience than our previous CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking email performance is useful. Contact subscription management works very well. It's very easy to test out emails before sending. Audience segmentation works like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't think that email templates should be a Pro tier feature - I feel like this is pretty standard and should be available in the otherwise good-value-for-the-money Starter tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us to keep our stakeholders updated on a regular basis with efficient and professional-looking email communication.

The user experience, a central hub for everything we could need. What's not to love?

Some functionality is limited, but they're always adding new features, so sometimes we have to be more patient than we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track all our analytics in one place, which is beneficial when presenting to our executive team. The customizable views allow us to show anything they want to see.

It's simple to navigate & very user-friendly, while also offering powerful tools and resources to market to our database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting when it comes to custom fields is limited. It favors customers using all of the solutions within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to target customers and prospects at a high level using single-sends and workflows at scale. The simple-to-use list building and workflow filters for segmentation and if this/then that functionality has been extremely helpful, as well.

I like HubSpot's ease of use, accessible analytics, and contact tracking across the website and the ability to capture leads from forms that aren't created in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up and managing backend integrations and marketing ops and setting up the sales tools to not capture spam emails. I would love to see more content creation tools in the product!

HubSpot helps us see where our prospects and customers are coming from and what they're doing on our website. We use HubSpot to build marketing campaigns and analyze our audience.

Wide variety of tools that enable marketing teams to excute at a high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the selection of tools is vast, many times they are "half baked" and missing features that competing tools include out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MArketing automation and website conversion. Chat, email, workflows, etc. Though "marketing contacts" often act as an obstacle than an empowering feature.

Tracking form submissions has been very useful to us!

We have struggled to create advanced reports and dashboards because we are limited by not having the more advanced package

Hubspot marketing hub is the ultimate marketing automation tool. Not only does it have incredible functinality, but it is the most user friendly tool out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Hub is quite expensive, and if you are on a budget, can be difficult as a small business to invest in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nurturing makreting leads to sales and attributing marketing activities to revenue are two of the most important elements, and Hubspot is the best solution for it.
