Most user-friendly marketing tool I've ever used that keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
I like new updates to the HubSpot Marketing Hub. Their latest integrations are very easy to use, and their connectivity with other tools is good. We tried a new analytics integration, and it works perfectly. New features have also improved our workflow. The email editor is much faster, and the reports are clearer, more useful. Training and support have also gotten considerably better. Help guides are simple, and responses from the support team are fast. Generally, HubSpot keeps improving a lot, so it definitely makes our marketing work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the whole, HubSpot Marketing Hub does an excellent job, but a few things can be improved. The landing page builder still needs a bit more flexibility and easier customization. Some automation features can be a bit confusing for new users. The dashboard also sometimes feels a bit laggy. The reports are good, but even better with more insights. Fix these, and that'll be an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's remarkable how affordable this tool is, especially when compared to others, in the market. With its assistance I can effortlessly automate my email marketing tasks effectively relieving the work stress. What sets it apart is the user interface, which simplifies our marketing efforts. It offers an all in one platform, for email marketing making it truly convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is easy to understand and set up, we moved from another marketing automation platform and the adoption for Hubspot was so quick and easy for our entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with our CRM platform isn't that great and the user journey is a little clunnky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire Marketing automation is done in Hubspot, gives us data analytics, email automation and workflows are great to use and we love how easy it is to understand the numbers and data.

Intuitive and easy to figure out; the interface is user friendly

Some features are locked are limited which is frustrating

Creating automations and being more intentional in mass marketing; creating better end user messaging
A great one stop shop for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Having email, social, PPC, and website data all in one place is amazing. It saves a ton of time and helps me connect my marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The email and website builders are very easy to use and give you lots of great reporting capabilities. The email automation is a standout feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that social media campaigns were easier to run and integrate with the platform. Sometimes tracking with SMS is difficult but hopefully that changes with the new SMS features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us bring omni channel campaigns together and in one place for tracking and reporting. It makes it easy for us to create campaigns that are targeted to the right contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a streamlined process that helps us communicate with our internal employees and external clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology is a little intimidating to use at first but it is a great tool

Constant communication to our event attendees is the best

What do you like best about the product?
That it is so well-known that I learned how to use it in college, before even getting to a job that uses HubSpot. It is also so well-known that most questions can just be answered by Google
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the frequent changes they make but it would be nice to have more information about them without having to rely on the short tutorial that seems to only pop up while you're in the middle of something and don't have time to read it. Being able to pull it up at a later time or go to a link with more info would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting and dashboard features reduced time spent gathering, sorting, and analyzing data. We are still in the process of ditching all the excel spreadsheets, but getting rid of those and having more accurate information (with minimal chance for human error) is huge.
Great for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, great support available from our CSM and very compettively priced when we compared it to other sales and marketing CRMs. Out of the box dashboards and reporting are solid and the business development tools are getting more and more competitive with other paid for services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some peculiarity in the pricing. The fact that they ask to pay an additional fee to send transaction emails is a major challenge for us. And the additional cost of a business unit licence to manage multiple brands is also unfriendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use HS as an end to end marketing and sales platform. All of our campaigns and analytics live in the platform and we also manage our pipeline in the sales hub.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easier and faster to get the work done. Now with the AI tools we can optimize our content and customers are happy with the results as well. No need to use additional platforms anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. I have tried other products that don't get the full assets for the marketing team. If there's something better than HS please let me know

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me tie everything together in a cohesive fashion with the ability to manage and execute on campaigns easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but sometimes I've found some limitations that is typical of any CRM but the good thing is Hubapot is always continuously adding new features to fill the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated marketing solution for all our channels including web, social and communications, etc. Provides a versatile platform to do everything we want to do in an organization manner that makes sense.

I love all the new AI features that are being created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would integrate with Microsoft.
