Global Marketing Automation tool for every channels!
What do you like best about the product?
From the tools which i've used, the tool with flawless UI, campaign automation, personalised Emails option, preloaded landing pages templates, campaign performance report and customised dashboard are all best features i have worked in this Hubspot software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Eventhough the Hubspot performs well, the minor dislike i feels is new features like AI copywriting can be added. And, much more preloaded more templates for email and landing pages will be more helpful to enhance the Hubspot tool.
However, these are very minor changes, still hubspot performs well for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to work for Email Automation, complex landing page creation, working with huge contacts lists/companies list, social media management and Reports/Dashboards section for my campaign performance analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot just introduced the New Lead Scoring model from the Old Property-based Scoring to a new Scoring Model. Where you can customize the Lead Scoring as you like. As Lead Scoring and Lead Qualification are more crucial for Marketing, this Update just lets us experiment and structure our Lead Scoring in a more advanced way. And the next best part is HubSpot AI adaptation, now that we have AI built in within the tool, which saves a lot of our time. AI in Workflows to Clean Up, text-to-report building AI, and the intelligence tab in the Contact Overview page all save a lot of our time, with a clean User Interface, enabling us to do Smart Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot now has AI Capabilities in Analytics, Data Cleansing, and Optimization. I would like to see more advanced AI features like Suggesting Next Best Action to take for a High Potential lead, Send-time optimization based on the Contacts' Historic Engagements. For these kinds of advanced features, we will have to rely on 3rd party tools. If all these are built within HubSpot, it eventually will, then it will be an absolute Game Changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hubspot, we were clueless about where leads were coming from and which channels were performing well. And with Hubspot, their Default contact properties called "Original Source, drill-down 1, and drill-down 2" are a lifesaver for us. One more area Hubspot is beneficial for us is Hubspot Academy. When a newbie joins our team it is easy for us to train via Hubspot academy. It is one of the best free tutorials out there.

Engage with users and prospects to help them understand value of product and increase brand awareness.
A comprehensive hub for all skill lebels
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is its contact tab, where you can store contacts, deals, and companies. You can also upload documents to contacts and companies, create any properties you like, and manage the database alongside your team members. It's the best way I have found to manage a database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are barred behind expensive price gates. The price jumps from one plan to another are quite significant, and, in my opinion, some of the gated features could very well be a part of lower plans.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hub allows me to store leads and customers, send marketing emails to customers, track ad performance, upload documents to send easily to customers and leads, call people, and much more. The best part is that I started as a total beginner and learned to use it in a couple of months.
The hub you need to manage all your CRM needs
What do you like best about the product?
What we benefit the most from is having the insights we need to manage our data correctly, get the right emails to the right people with the custom list builders, the forms for conversion tracking. We have more insights than we did when we used Pardot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for hubspot to allow custom objects to be associated to their standard objects, more specifically the contact object so we can still send/trigger nuture sequences. It would be ideal to use a workflow to associate these two objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving our problem of source tracking and also having a hub that could do email marketing, lead gen, website building, and also decent reporting. This software solves all that and much more.
Fast, Approachable, Flexible Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It was quick to get up to speed using HubSpot marketing hub. I'm able to quickly build landing pages and website pages, view analytics, run A/B tests, and optimize my pages to get the best results. The tool is very approachable—I have a lot of CMS experience, so this was a breeze for me to pick up, but even our team members who have less of that specific type of experience have been able to pick it up quickly and make an impact on campaign efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is good, but there are a few items keeping it from being truly great—namely, some flexibility. For instance, I focus a lot of my work on conversion rate, and it's difficult to get data from just a few select forms. Instead, you get all of the form data. Drilling down requires external manipulation of the data. This is a unique use case, so I don't think it's a huge black mark, just a note about some limitations. Similarly, there are limitations withint some provided modules. Support is generally helpful, but some things require work arounds or hacks to get to work the way you'd like them to. Again, not a significant mark against the tool.

Hubspot provides an easy to use platform to quickly build and manage landing pages, track conversion data, and run A/B testing to better optimize our down funnel experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has all tool i need right from easy interface, workflow to reports. It has all-in-one platform. The best thing about analytics is custom reports we can customize the way we want, so thats the best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any reason about dislikes. But i recently notice there performance issues like loading time and while exporting report for email campaign report name can be automatically fetched from campaign name so its very easy to identify, apart from that everything looks good to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recenty we faced loading time in generating reports, but now i dont see that issue any more. Due to that i can generate multiple reports easily whenever i want.

I would add event management features such as QR generation for registrations and ticket selling.

The HubSpot Marketing Hub could have a better social tracker, it does not offer a lot of functions that I would like to have.

HubSpot Marketing Hub offers our holding and the companies that are in the holding a way to work in a single space so there is zero to none knowledge drain in the holding.
