What do you like best about the product?
it's a single source for running digital campaigns which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website builder itself seems to be the most limited part of the entire hub, other site builders are a lot more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop shop for hosting and launching automated campaigns. This much is abundantly clear.
Good Product for the Value. Easy UX.
What do you like best about the product?
I think that my favorite part about this tool is that the UX is very friendly. I am able to accomplish most of what I need without needing to know how to write any kind of code or anything like that. There is a lot of help along the way as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Salesforce as our CRM and the architecture does not always line up very well, so it does require spending some time to think through how you want the systems to work together and make sure that the fields line up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good one stop shop for a lot of the marketing activity that we are doing. I enjoy the feature that allows me to push all of my social posts out at once.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and designing emails and landing pages is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so easy, sometimes it limits flexability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A solution that we can easily send and schedule emails and social media.
HubSpot Markering Hub meets our business needs
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the sending emails an using workflows to automate processes. It was relly helped us maintain contact with existing users. I am a CSM and it has helped me in that role.
What do you dislike about the product?
When things are not functioning as I would expect it can often be difficult to diagnose what's wrong with the process. I do not think the JustCall and HubSpot integratins works as well as I would like because i logs text events as notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to commicate with our users and create automation to help us maintain relationships with those users. I don't know if tasks is part of the marketing Hub but htat has helped us tremendously.
Super streamlined and in-depth analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about hubspot Marketing is its analytics. They are able to cross-reference previous campaigns and help you perfect your strategies for future ones!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I dislike about hubspot marketing is the limit that it creates on marketing contacts. It's difficult to gauge that in a scaling start-up and I have to constantly add new ones manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to market our weekly blogs and get the needed monthly updates to our partners. Marketing hub easily allows us to put our users into buckets and streamlines the distribution of these materials.
User-friendly and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly enjoy the all-in-one platform element. There are various marketing tools at my disposal on one interface. I can easily switch from emails to social media and then over to analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that disappoints me with HubSpot Marketing is the inability to post stories and reels through the social media tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage multiple locations all at once by cloning.
Great Marketing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly this application is. It is a great tool for entry level marketers as well as more experienced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to format some things. For example: transferring data from one medium to Hubspot can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the problem of having to make individualized marketing pages for my bars in different parts of the country.

Its easy to use and holds a lot of data without slowing down.

Content such as emails may appear different depending on the email service used.

Creating landing pages and automated workflows for inbound marketing purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the tools are really useful. The tools I use the most are CTAs & email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing pages in hubspot don't always have the professional look and feel I need for my paid ad campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automations and the customer journeys are a life saver - everything works in the background and is easy track and use. The new CTAs have been great too! We were originally looking to use a different platform for pop ups. But the update made us stay.
Use Hubspot for CRM and marketing in a professional environment
What do you like best about the product?
The integration across multiple platofrms, generally easy to use tools, and quick information at a glance
What do you dislike about the product?
The webdev tools can be cumbersome and non intuitive. Sometimes simple things like changing a banner can be more complicated than they need to be
