Best Website Ever!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so user friendly and kind. I love the layout and how it looks when you use it for eblasts. I prefer Hubspot over anything other website that we use for marketing!
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING! It's seriously the best. I wish there was a way to add an online form to eblasts but that's not the biggest deal since I don't use it very often. Overall, grea!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to post on social media in advance which is amazing! It also creates visually appealing eblasts with ease! It's such a great website to use for our copmany!

The ease of use for any user to login in and use the tools in our plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are things that other cheaper platforms can do that HubSpot does not have the ability to do.

They are solving the user flow and data within our CRM.

I love HubSpot because it makes it easy to interact with customers and send marketing material all in one place

Nothing! I really like HubSpot and all the tools it offers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Landing Pages & Forms: While setting up landing pages and forms is straightforward, the templates for landing pages can be more user-friendly. The forms, though functional, could benefit from advanced features like single-question flows and intricate logic. The division of pop-ups and inline features into a separate 'CTA' feature can be confusing.

Ads Tool Limitations: The ads tool, though functional for platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, lacks integration with Microsoft advertising and other third-party tools. Its basic functionality seems more suited for small to medium businesses. As an enterprise client catering to the automotive space, a more feature-rich ads tool would be beneficial.

Great Platform for B2B Software Companies

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does a great job of bringing everything together in one place that allows marketers to understand how their campaigns, tactics, and offers are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price starts to climb quickly as your contact database grows. It's best to have a process in place to clean out inactive contacts on a regualr basis to keep this under control (which is a best practice for marketers, anyway)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an understanding of which marketing tactics and offers are influencing revenue creation. It also helps identify where we have engagement from prospects and -- at a tactical level -- helps us deploy landing pages and manage social media communications.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has almost all of the features that you need to build a robust marketing operation. The email builder, automation, and contact management are top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub, while powerful, can be expensive and out of reach for smaller organizations. It can also be cumbersome to set up and you often need experience with the software to get the most from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to build complex automated campaigns. The software allows us to keep our contacts, landing pages, forms, automation, etc. cohesive and all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate HubSpot's great user experience, it's one of the best CRMs and MAPs when it comes to ease of use and getting team members onboarded. In addition, HubSpot allows for highly advanced customisations in workflows, data management, landing pages and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the integration with Salesforce, some reporting types in HubSpot light the multichannel attribution are currently not accessible to us as they are dependent on the Sales team using HubSpot as well. Unfortunately pulling pipeline data into HubSpot continues to be a challenge, making the attribution unusable for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us to run, manage and anaylse contact-based marketing and nurturing campaigns. In addition it helps us to run software attribution on the first and last touch.

What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot has a very strong marketing hub section because you can oversee emails, landing pages, and some social media features. I enjoy using their analytics features to breakdown marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their were more social media features and had more in depth analytics. You have to go through each application to get a more in depth look at who your target audience is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think HubSpot is a great tool for email. We've recently implemented ab testing and it's helped us automate how we send and test our emails. I wish there were more options for reporting because right now I'm manually creating reports the way I want since HubSpot isn't super flexible.
