Solid suite of tools with good customer service. Not perfect from a marketing perspective.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a suite of essential tools that are well integrated, so you don't have to wrangle different tools together for your core marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the standpoint of effective marketing, it's missing quite a lot. Two obvious examples are that it doesn't allow you to collect IP addresses of site visitors, and it doesn't allow you to send plain text mass emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primarily solves the problem of needing to select and integrate a range of marketing tools, such as a marketing email platform, a CRM, an analytics tool, etc. That said, none of its tools or functionalities are best-in-class. They're just mostly competent. The customer support is quite solid, which is good.
Complete suite for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
This is an all in one platform for email marketing, lead generation, Social Media Management, and automatic work flows for lead to sale tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal is very big and has huge features which makes it hard for new users to understand. Despite of free version availability few much needed features are only available in premium version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automatic user tracking is helping in my business conversion tracking
They have the most complete and easy platform for marketing automation

They have a perfect solution for any action. If I need to create something new and they haven't I can integrate a solution

The LP templates should be more easy to costumize

The user experience is seemless. It is also easy to navigate. I love that I can preview posts and see how they will look when they go live on social media.

Not a Good CRM for Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Good for basic level contact management.

Doesn't offer the complex reporting or contact/company management features required in a CRM.

We use it for contact management. However, it has started to show its limitations when it comes to workflows, duplication, merging, and reporting

We selected HubSpot based on feedback from our previous marketing agency and current partner. Easy to provide access to users, enabling them to be more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feedback overall has been good, the biggest challenge is getting our internal team trained to use it (not a HubSpot issue).

Consolidation of marketing tools, visibility into internal communication engagement and responses, and eventually customer service management and potentially sales CRM management
Using Hubspot to send email communications to thousands of customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how both the Marketing Emails and Contact Lists features of the program have made my work much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've only used Hubspot's Marketing Email service, and I'm pleased with the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to send email communications manually via mail merge. Uploading and maintaining contact records is now much easier and more effective than using Excel/Google Sheets.
Best marketing automation platform for teams
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot enables you to manage the entire lifecycle of your marketing through the creation of campaigns all the way to reporting on your efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the individual components feel a bit half baked in regards to features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables Marketing to manage and engage the entire lifecycle stage of prospects. Also, it's automations are extremely powerful and can save incredible amounts of time.
Perfect for B2B marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration of LinkedIn leads directly in the CRM. Easy to use and great for managing the entire funnel. I like the ability to fully customize my Hubspot to the way I'm interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the email work flow s you can't customize some triggers in the way you want to.

It helps me to Automate some procecess of lead generation and lead qualification
