Its a nice tool to keep everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reports feature. I am able to generate email and social media reports in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the sample templates available for emails - maybe those can be improved as per modern designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me generate reports and analyze better - that's the best thing for now! I also like how fast your customer support portal is - kudos!
The Perfect Way to Manage Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite things about Hubspot Marketing Hub are the workflows for lead nurturing and the lead scoring functions. These tools really help me target my audiences effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about Hubspot Marketing Hub is the lack of personalisation in the drag and drop styled emails. I do wish there were more options as I'd like a more detailed email but I'm not skilled in css to build my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an all-in-one hub. Before we were using several applications that weren't even compatible. Not only am I able to manage all of our marketing on one platform, I'm able to do it while aligning our sales.
Hubspot is great in terms of managing marketing for a company.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing post-scheduling is extremely helpful. sending pre-sales emails is also smooth using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot support team is a little complex, and you might find it difficult at times to get help.

It is helping us in scheduling and maintaining marketing and sales activities.

Easy user interface that allows us to quickly disperse content on multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have the ability to send follow up marketing emails to our contacts (e.g. unopnened, bounced) so that we do not have to send to opened contacts.

Solves the problems of scheduling across multiple platforms and keeping track of our posts.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is quite intuitive to use and offers centralized resources to help you scale your business.

Honestly, there are no real disadvantages to the platform. It provides all of the essential items needed for online marketing success.

One-stop shop is the best way to put it. HubSpot Marketing Hub provides a centralized way for our team to quickly action digital marketing communication on behalf of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot ingegrates data of all your marketing channels and your crm easily. What I like the most is its capability to break down the information the way you need it to get valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports can't be added easily to dashboards. And, I'd like that some funnel views could be easily modified in the ads section to my convenience. Thus would make it better.

Put together my marketing channel data and match it to potential customers and leads. Also it helps me to understand lead behaviour prior to conversion.
Powerful & Practical - Perfect for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I have used each tier of HubSpot's Marketing Hub, from Basic to Enterprise; at each tier HubSpot nails the appropriate level of functionality for the cost. The user interface is easy follow and in terms of education, HubSpot is simply #1. They offer free certifications through their academy, have an outstanding knowledge base, and the most helpful and dedicated community of users that I have seen for any SaaS company.

What do you dislike about the product?
No glaring weaknesses although the depth of HubSpot's native apps/features is sometimes considerably less practical than what is offered via other apps. Some of the lower tiers could use more automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is somewhat of a blank canvas in the sense that it offers a ton of flexibility. Name a data, analytics, or process-related marketing problem and a skilled enough HubSpot pro will likely be able to fix it. I have delved into several areas of HubSpot Marketing Hub and can say that it is extremely well-rounded.
Excellent product for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate all the processes managed in marketing, from attracting new leads to the follow-up that can be given to them through the flows we design using workflow tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the number of marketing contacts can be very short when talking about B2C, it may be more costly to manage it through Hubspot's Marketing Hub, but it still has advantages to have everything tracked in the same CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design the flows and depending on the actions, different actions can be triggered because sometimes we have the idea of how we want the sales or attraction process to be for the client. The good thing about HubSpot is that we can include all the variables we want when designing a conversion flow.

capacity issues! we have been able to automate many piece of our work in a stakeholder customized manner. it is also allowing us to track who is engaged
