Easy to use (and favorite) CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely customizable and allows my team to be able to create automations and email drips as needed, per scenario. It rarely feels like a "one-size-fits-all" solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside would be how long it seems to take new features to be released, or at the very least, communicated. While I do like the Community page for finding alternate solutions, I sometimes see posts from 1+ year(s) ago and there is still no solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has given us the opportunity and flexiblilty to fully reinvent our sales process in an easy to use, and easy to understand (and execute) system.
Really Capable Social Media and Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of integrations that it supports. I feel as if there is no other marketing software that would integrate with so many back-end analytics API's. I also love how many social accounts can be connected at once, and the wide range of campaigns you can run.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit complicated for someone new to the software, but there is not as much friction as would would expect learning a marketing software. One area I could see major improvement is the capability to add more social accounts (TikTok, Threads, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the problem of having to go into each social media system's analytics reports to see how posts or content has performed. As well as the ability to run large email campaigns, and schedule posts via multiple social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule all social posts and eblasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the rigidness of the email templates. It doesn't leave much room for creativity when creating them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is definitely helping us with tracking analytics for social and email blasts.
My favorite of the 3 marketing tools I've used
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface makes it easy for me to do my job. Simple stuff, like almost always displaying a link to the asset/landing page/form, etc so I don't have to keep searching for stuff. Or saving my email address when I send out test emails to myself. It's hard to believe, but other tools made me type it in every time I sent an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating thing for me is trying to build landing pages within Hubspot. I really don't understand the tools and don't have the bandwidth to spend a lot of time figuring out how to change stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one product that makes it easy (and fast) to deploy campaigns with landing pages, forms, emails, CTAs, files, etc easily accessible when I need to use them.
An easy-to-use all-in-one tool
What do you like best about the product?
I wnjoy that I am able to access all of my social accounts, monitor, and schedule content with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that scheduling times don't automatically apply to all social posts if I have previouly edited content on a specific social channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to access all of my social media needs in one easy to use tool
Great for sales, not for social
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates leads easily with salesforce. Creating emails and using lists is relatively intuitive (although one-off lists are challenging).
What do you dislike about the product?
The social scheduling component is terrible. For LinkedIn, I can't select a targeted audience (I need to schedule natively in LinkedIn). For Insta, I can't easily crop an image to make it work, and can't schedule reels or videos, which is extremely frustrating. I also can't see interactions and replies in Hubspot and need to go to each platform to reply to comments. You'd think that with the price of membership, Hubspot would make more useful social features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all leads, campaigns, emails and social centralized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to use with multiple features that make it beneficial for every person on our marketing team. The social calendar is absolutely amazing and so easy to link and manage social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for a social media management tool. This tool works amazing and saves me so much time to be able to post on every platform within one feature.
Overall a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible insight into the different metrics of engagment, the filtering capabilities are a huge win, and being able to automate so much of our processes around different properties has been huge for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it just doesn't deliver on the things we need. The biggest being it's ability to play nicely with Salesforce. Obviously they're competitors, but the reality of our organization is that we'll never convince the hire ups to get off Salesforce since we've had it for so long, and there's just moments where something should be seemingly simple but HubSpot doesn't allow it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility is the biggest thing we were looking to solve, and HubSpot has allowed for ultimate visibility with a platform that is seemless to use and really condenses what we spend on multiple platforms.
Hubspot Marketing Works as Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the calendar view and the ability to bulk schedule for multiple platforms at the same time and from the same window.
What do you dislike about the product?
When in the calendar mode, it is difficult to select a particular post to edit. Deleting post requires clicking through a few windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post on multiple platforms from the same window. It makes my work easier by streamlining my process.
Meets the needs of a growing business
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Automation, reporting, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still so much locked behind a paywall. I wish I could get a taste before jumping the gun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our team stay organized. It is the source of truth and is a great way to communicate between departments.
