love it
What do you like best about the product?
i like the ease of HubSpot's social media and email tools. It is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a better mobilr app could be beneficial, especially for social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new ability to post across multiple platforms at once is great.
Making Marketing Manageable and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
All of my work is easily accessible in one place. It's easy to collaborate on projects across my team and track real-time data. Prior to Hubspot, I was using multiple tools to support lead collection, email, social, and more, however now everything is consolidated into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the metric dashboards within Hubspot for social and the scheduling tools for social, however, the Instagram scheduling needs to be enhanced. I would love to see the Instagram social tool to include a link in bio and having the ability to schedule stories and reels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Hubspot, we were unable to effectively track many of our makerting campagigns, yet now we have key reporting in place with Hubspot that allows us to see our conversation rates behind our marketing efforts and we can better implement strategies moving forward for what worked well and what we can do different in the future.
Great Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; integrations; very trainable tool; consistent updates; fantastic CS team that takes your business needs into account with feature updates and recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are updates we're all hoping for, but it's a journey. In the meantime, the tool does exactly what I need it to do.

Lead routing integration, top of funnel analytics, social media management, ad analytics, spam identifier, communication tool for prospects and customers

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows our team to plan out marketing and website needs more efficiently. From designing the website pages to capturing form and lead information, HubSpot Marketing Hub has all the tools we need in one convenient spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some needs that our company has that HubSpot Marketing Hub cannot meet. For example, we wanted to be able to send super specialized emails to individuals showcasing how their product usage compared to others with the same product. To our understanding, this was a touch outside the scope of HubSpot Marketing Hub's capabilities. However, for our general use, HubSpot Marketing meetings our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows for our company to track its website visits analytics, which is very useful as a software company. Marketing Hub has also allowed us to automate many of the email / contacting processes, which has allowed us to reduce the number of manual mistakes in our processes.
Easy & Flexible Email Creation Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The easy -to-use email creation tools, and settings function. It takes no time at all to create an email and set it up so it is going to the right people at the right time, even if you are creating your emails ahead of time and scheduling them weeks out.
Forms are also so helpful to use in many ways, shapes, and forms!

What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing hub features can be a little disorganized - i.e. the marketing emails section is hard to organize and sort through. It would be nice if the folders section worked a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create, copy, and send pretty marketing emails to our ever-evolving distribution lists quickly and easily instead of having to upload contacts to a different system constantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The social media tab has been great for scheduling social posts, and capturing insights from the posted content.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a B2B company, I wish we could monitor competitors' LinkedIn posts as well.

Having website analytics from social posts.
Best Marketing Software I've used!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot is having a central location for the pieces of the business. From reporting to contacts, to email and social marketing. Its efficient and user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have trouble with the connection between hubspot on the system our sales team uses. That would be the most difficult part of using hubspot. Over all its an awesome tool and the support staff help solve the technical problems

The marketing hub is solving our problems on clean contacts and social media management. It also makes segmenting customer lists very easy and quickly too! 10/10
I enjoy it and am always a fan of the customer service I receive.

Having all the tools in one place really helps out keeping everything organized.

Not many dislikes come to mind. If anything it is just a learning curve of a new platform to me.

Amazing service in 1Spot
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use an creat social media post in one spot. Great support that breaks it down with words an if needed videos quick response and follow up. Very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
When posting pictures for instagram, it would be helpful if you could auto format the pic to meet their guidelines. Also wish it would give twitter recommendations for the less words

Easy single location to create a post social media posts. Also great and simple newsletter content creation with world class support that goes above and beyond
All-in-One as the One for All
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional provides all the resources needed for an out of the box integrated marketing experience. The ability to tie together emails, social posts, content, tracking links and more back to singular campaigns, and easily create automated workflows, makes it a lot easier to create integrated campaigns and measure impact and results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social tool is not quite as robust as a HootSuite or Sprout, but still gets the job done for basic posting and scheduling. It doesn't capture stats on IG reels which is a big piece of content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting data through forms and using that data to create lists, automated workflows and data on the content, marketing campaigns, and products that are are of the most interest, or performing the best.
