Time saver. Sanity saver.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an every day tool for me. Love being able to schedule out my social shares and blog posts so I can set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up emails isn't as intuitive, however the Hubspot training options make that easy enough to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is THE hub for our inbound marketing, allowing us to keep a steady flow of MQLs for our sales funnel.

Marketing hub is easy to use, helps create engaging content and captures appropriate data for reporting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. The software tools work as they should and there are no complaints from me.

Marketing hub makes managing the vaious media simple and efficient.

Everything a marketer needs
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of having to use multiple tools I can use one tool (hubspot) and have everything a startup needs to get a marketing function going with minimal fuss. I have used salesforce pardot in the past and this is far and away better
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations can be a bit fiddly and don't always work, this means that you can get issues with data integrity. Also some things that feel like they should be included (ability to round robin) are gated from pure marketing users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Having all of my marketing data in one place
- Being able to understand attribution and what channels are driving revenue
- Now can report back to the wider business easily
- Can also give people visibility

Best overall tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a dozen CRMs and as many marketing platforms. Hubspot is by far the easiest and most robust platform. Their customer support team is outstanding. When we had support issues with other connected platforms (e.g.: Salesforce), HS C/S answered questions better than the SFDC support team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of an all-inclusive platform can be prohibitive for small companies and startups. They offer special, limited time pricing for startups. The best scenario is to use Marketing Hub with Sales Hub, but this may be too expensive for smaller firms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation, marketing operations, sales enablement, etc. It's an all-in-one solution that solves every marketing problem and benefits our success as marketers, sales professionals, and company management.
Marketing for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Flex pricing for startups, easy UI/UX makes it easy to learn different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less functionality than a more expensive tool, like Salesforce. Don't like that social post links are converted to hubspot links, reduces trust from end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our marketing efforts, tools, and analytics can be housed under one roof, allowing for a centralized dashboard of all things marketing.

The drag and drop editor is easy to use and has a high level of functionality

It would be good if drag and drop had expanded functionality on landing pages to create a more fulsome experinece

An easy to use system
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy for me to be able to create multiple emails and format content that stays in line with our brand. The ability to bulk upload social posts to multiple platforms makes my life so much easier!

Sometimes its a bit difficult to navigat6e through the sheer amount of data especially if you dont have a very clear idea of what you're looking for. But on the other hand, it's really valuable to have so much information.

It is ensuring that my time is spent more efficiently. I am able to post and create content for multiple platforms in one space. This means I am able to perform in a more timely manner
HubSpot has everything I need for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access all my marketing tooks from one place that is super easy to use! It saves me so much time in my everyday and the reporting is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there features that you would think exisit or make sense but are not available or do no function the way you would like them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is the biggest issue for anyone and with Hubspot I save so much time and I do it effectively and efficiently
Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is what I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub. I typically don't built out our emails, but when I had to, it was super easy to pickup and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is such a small thing - but I really wish we were able to tag people (not just businesses) in scheduled LinkedIn posts using HubSpot's Social scheduling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it for scheduling social, social analytics, and building out customer newsletters and subscriber list newsletters. It's saved me time and helped me better organize content.
