Locked out & told no way to access until next week. What business app makes you lose a week?

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, it is overpriced for what it provides and support is an absolute zero. Turning on 2FA that I can't actually authenticate was the nail in the coffin for me. We can spend our thousands of dollars monthly far better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inane 2FA that requires a code from within a logged-in device, the whole purpose of 2FA is for logging in, what point is a code from a logged in device if you are logged out trying to log in? Customer support were beyond useless with suggestions that would require a time machine such as entering a code from an authenticator app that is not setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None now, I am locked out with no access to my database

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub has been a game-changer for us. With everything in one place, I can pull reports, make edits to our website, and look at the analytics of email campaigns all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubpsot Marketing Hub doesn't have many challenges that I've found so far. The only one I've encountered is while building our website but was able to find a work around with the help of their technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has reduced our spending and minimized the software needed for our company. It has solved many issues, but especially allowing us to have everything in one place and not multiple logins.

Improve your online marketing with HubSpot's Marketing Hub

What do you like best about the product?
I just love the convenience and functionality of HubSpot's Marketing Hub. Its tracking feature gives us unparalleled insight into our marketing efforts, while its sophisticated filters help us effortlessly identify the customers most likely to respond to each campaign we launch. It also includes pre-designed landing page and email templates, so creating highly effective campaigns is within reach - even for someone without much design experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inconsistencies in the Hubspot Marketing Hub's implementation of different features. For instance, automated emails can use custom object identifiers, while batch or one-time emails cannot, and accessing reports without standard templates can be difficult. In addition, email reporting has room for improvement compared to similar marketing software solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot Marketing Hub, I can easily track customers and communicate with prospects in an app-based way. This allows me to spend more time developing relationships with my existing customer base and nurturing leads that could potentially become new customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating manual tasks like email campaigns, lead nurturing, and social media scheduling saves time and resources, allowing marketing teams to focus on high-value activities. Automation with Hubspot marketing hub helps us CSMs to deliver personalised and relevant content to leads and customers at the right time. Hence has tremendously enhanced the customer experience, increased engagement, and fostered stronger relationships, leading to higher customer satisfaction and potentially increased customer lifetime value (CLTV). We use the platform not only for marketing purposes but also to create Sequences, Journeys for customers based on various criteria and Templates for easy emailing. Marketing, Sales and CSM team use the platform collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything; the platform is impressive in catering to nurturing leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Customer Success Manager, we equally use the content for lead nurturing, Upselling, and cross-selling. HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us create Automation for lead nurturing, Creating Templates, Journeys and Sequences, which makes it easier for us to drive through the content and maintain uniformity in the content, maintaining the Brand Requirements. Using Hubspot, we see an uplift in the Customer Lifetime Value, the response time, and an increase in the renewal rate.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot daily in my role at Southeast Kansas Education Service Center. I like that I can make one post and place it on multiple platforms simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could edit all of our platform's posts on HubSpot. This would help save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us market ourselves across multiple platforms in a timely fashion which allows us to be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead attribution and cost per lead clarity
HubSpot scoring system and it's incorporation into workflows has been magical for us so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we could have a holistic view of where customers stand in their lifecycle stage as part of each campaign in the campaigns tab it would be amazing! A table or a funnel style visual!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one-stop shop so the whole company can log in and use the tool and be familiar with it.
We can help eachother and it's benefitting our sales, membership management and marketing teams especially.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a user-freindly interface. Creating and personalising emails and workflows are simple. Automating socal posts are a breeze too, allowing you to easily include graphics and text in one place. As are automating emails for nuture streams, abandoned cart sequences, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Hastags don't come up for LinkedIn on hubspot anymore. You can't tag indiviuals only companies which makes putting out posts about company events or shows where and tagging key indiviuals a hassle. Instead of using Hubspot's platform you have to go onto each indiviual social platform and do it there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to go onto each individual platform to post the majority of my social posts.
The ability to clone previous newsletter to easily reuse the template rather than recreating them from scratch each time.
The ability to create new workflows easily or clone previous ones to use as a template to save time

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how broad HubSpot's marketing features are; everything from email, blogs, and social media campaigns goes through there, and glimpses of campaign effectiveness help us improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's not exactly a drawback, one aspect that could pose a challenge for new users of HubSpot is how robust and intricate it can be. Initially, navigating through its vast features or setting up workflows efficiently may be slightly daunting due to its sophisticated capabilities. However, with time and experience, users can fully harness the power of HubSpot's comprehensive toolset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is our all-in-one marketing tool. It lets us manage emails, social media, and SEO all in one place, saving us tons of time. Plus, it's ace at finding potential customers and keeping them hooked with custom emails.

The real bonus is its analytics, giving us a clear picture of how our marketing strategies are doing. And let's not forget its help in managing our content and boosting our SEO, driving more eyeballs our way. All in all, it's made our marketing smoother and more effective.

Robust CRM and CMS platform

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage, the ability to have all pages, campaigns, and SEO in one place, and on top of it, you can see interaction with each of these items in the contact record. Creating pages in their CMS is super easy, with many available templates, even if you would like to go deeper and code it is super easy to figure it out. Overall, warm recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very useful to have deeper analytics on files and to be able to create reports on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having CMS and CRM data in one place. Campaign feature is very robust where you can have all assets including the budget in one place consolidated. This helps marketers to keep track over the campaigns impact and the cost spend
