What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is excellent for building marketing campaigns that span multiple channels. I have used it to create automated workflows, websites, design marketing landing pages, and send emails. The platform lets you build assets using a drag-and-drop interface if you are not an expert, but you can also develop your own modules with HTML if you prefer. It is very intuitive and offers useful dashboards for analyzing performance, which you can also customize to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is rather high, which means it may not be the best choice for small businesses that are just getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's convenient to have a single tool that allows me to manage my website, landing pages, emails, and leads all in one place.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub extremely beneficial for structured and efficient work, especially in managing email campaigns and organizing social media activities. The platform allows me to effortlessly plan and create social media posts, as well as design workflows for email campaigns that automate reminders and registrations, which significantly streamlines my routine tasks. This automation feature means once I finalize my communication plans and save them, I don't have to worry about follow-up reminders because everything is pre-set to function automatically. I also appreciate the seamless integration of HubSpot Marketing Hub with Salesforce, which enhances its utility in my work environment. Despite not fully utilizing all its features yet, I have personally experienced an improvement compared to previous tools, like Typeform, especially in form queries, adding to its value for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that once a campaign is finished, I need to manually archive the emails. It would be much more efficient if this process could be automated or at least scheduled.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for structured and efficient workflow in email campaigns and social media, allowing automatic scheduling of reminders and manage event registrations seamlessly.

I find the data tracking capabilities to be lacking in HubSpot Marketing Hub. Specifically, I can't clearly see detailed information about who is visiting our website, when they are visiting, and their reasons for visiting. Additionally, I would like better insights into the companies the visitors are from, their names, their activities on the website, and any searches they conducted on Google to find us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub unifies our CRM and marketing, simplifying email campaigns and improving team usability. It's user-friendly, integrates well, and quick to setup. However, website visitor tracking could improve with more detailed insights.

Forms and buyer intents are the things i use most in the marketing hub in HS. I find them extremely useful in my sales role.

i feel as up things are updated and changed so often its hard to follow along and be most useful.

I appreciate the advanced filtering capabilities of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which are extremely helpful for efficiently drilling down to the exact records or individuals we need access to at any given moment. The platform's flexibility in creating and managing properties suits our dynamic needs, as it allows us to swiftly adapt to changes by capturing new data or modifying our records as needed. This flexibility is crucial in our fast-paced environment, enabling us to keep up with evolving requirements. Additionally, the automation features, particularly the workflows, significantly reduce staff labor by automating routine tasks and sending out standard emails, freeing up time for more important work. These tools collectively allow us to respond swiftly and accurately to stakeholder needs, ensuring that the critical information we require is consistently available, a necessity given the frequent time constraints we face.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of HubSpot Marketing Hub feel a bit clunky, such as slow loading times for records on older machines, especially because we have many properties and workflows running behind the scenes. Editing reports can be very slow, particularly when I need to create complex reports with numerous columns and fields that join multiple objects to export to Excel for further analysis. Additionally, the limitation of 2,000 free marketing contacts is challenging for us. Our emails aren't primarily marketing-driven for fundraising purposes but are often newsletters and updates for our stakeholders, volunteers, and service users. As a small charity, it's hard to manage within this limit without incurring extra costs, especially since our stakeholder numbers are growing faster than our budget.

We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to centralize our database, automate processes, streamline volunteer onboarding, and facilitate communication with stakeholders, which saves time and ensures data accessibility under pressure.

The tool is very usefull, user friendly. customer support is very good. Implementation is very easy. Lots of features is there.

Easy to use to reach the potential customer. Follow up is very easy with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Marketing Hub because of the easy-to-use interface and reporting structure. It allows me to isolate different campaigns and look at the lift provided by each campaign, which is really helpful. The initial setup was great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited options in reporting. I wish there were more custom reports available for visualizations. It would be great to have forecasting features like you get with Tableau or burst chart and funnel view.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me reach the right customer at the right time to increase retention. Its easy-to-use interface and reporting let me isolate campaigns and see their impact.
