User-friendly for non-tech people
What do you like best about the product?
For myn company, I am able to create landing pages quickly and easy. It is also more user friendfly than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the custom programming and designing to be better and easier for branding purposes. I wish it was easier to import fonts, colors, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create different channels to divert my customers to when I dont want them to go to the web. Tracking marketing leads is also very easy.
An incredible tool that support all marketing initiatives you can imagine

The ability to easily create connected process for all channels (website,social,emails)

Some issues with designs when creating landing pages and emails

Gives me great access to all the analytics I need in order to review, creation of landing pages, web analytics, nurturing campaigns follow ups
My favourite CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automations, workflows, scheduling tools and contact list. Also the Contact lists and the properties are really useful, and the fact that you can sync them with other CRM tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit too limited.Of course, everything can be solved with coding, but when you don´t have coding skills, you depend on other colleagues and that´s not cool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to save a lot of time and to automate things that manually would suppose a lot of human effort and probably a specific team working in the same issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything can be tracked very easily and intuative visualised in reports and dashboards. Super nice email feature too!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in campaign feature.
It would be nice to be able to connect one resource to more than one campaign, to track data into several campaigns at once.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say the data tracking is the main thing! It's very nice to have everything gather into one place. Also great enabler for collabs cross-teams (sales + marketing)
Great Tool for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to build emails, landing pages and great to have a direct integration with the CRM. super important to track UTMs/performance of campaigns and build reports. I use Hubspot on a daily basis and we have it integrated with other marketing tools like our webinar tool Goldcast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building Reports is often a bit limited and not 100% reliable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building landing pages & forms for ebooks and webinars, uploading files to send to contacts, sending emails and newsletters to CRM and see performance of emails
It's the most intuitive CRM that I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy as a admin and marketing manager to a) create the campaigns and automations having the ability to easy optimize them with data and b) share all these insights with your team, comment about each particular contact or deal to efficiently work all together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that stop me is that there are some properties shared between Deals & Contacts that I'd love to have the possibility to automate bidirectionally in a more easy way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big problem is company management. With Hubspot I can perfectly manage everything that is happening but with the ability to see tranversally.

Pricing maybe: can be expensive if you want to reach a lot of people

It helps me work together with sales, track our statistics and helps manage our blog.
Probably the best marketing automation software around
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is that it's all integrated into one platform. I can see the full funnel all the way from when the lead was generated to closed won in the sales platform and attribute them to specific campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really wrong with HubSpot. It is quite flexible, however if you have a very specific workflow, it might not be able to cater to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the full customer journey from start to finish and everything in between.

Everything is all in one place and it is easy to use

Not much a there are some small fixes I'd like to see such as adjusting the strength of Captcha of the hubspot forms to let less junk leads through

It allows us to capture, nurture and convert leads and excite our customers

I use Hubspot to primarily generate forms, create emails, and manage our social media postings. All the modules work well together; it's a must-have for any marketing team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Over the year, Hubspot has implement UI improvements, but I think there can do more to make the platform more user-friendly. I know they just integrated with generative AI, and the tool is half-baked.

Marketing Hub helps me manage the various marketing touch points our company has with leads and customers. We can send very targeted emails to our audience for the best ROI.
