Comprehensive platform

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many cababilites to the platform and ways to track metrics to see how effective your marketing campaigns are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for there to be more options with the drop in module marketing emails, such as varied widths or more customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with people not converting from initial users to subscribers. Keeping them nurtured with marketing emails has kept them engaged and led to greater subscription rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has everything in one place - social, advertising, email, landing pages & forms. It makes campaign and campaign reporting simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use it to its full potential, you should have access to a developer. I don't like the default look of the subscription pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Animating email communication and segmenting leads based on behavior. It's allowed me to create campaign landing pages effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has made designing and sending email campaigns headache and pain-free. This process with a previous platform was a cause of constant worry, stress, and extreme frustration! Not only that, HubSpot has enabled our organization to pursue marketing strategies we previously only dreamed of!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be unpleasant when specific historical reporting data is locked behind a higher-tier plan. I also will occasionally run into a feature or integration I wish existed, but the HubSpot forums typically will offer up some kind of alternative solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization always dreamed of pursuing content marketing, but it was far too tricky with other platforms we had tried. HubSpot is designed specifically for this and offers guidance and courses to support our efforts!

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of industry-standard marketing tools, best practice helps and multiple sources of data/analytics/reports for CIP.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub

In my day-to-day marketing activities, there is support from HubSpot if I need help with using tools or setting up marketing projects, etc

Hubspot is a solid CRM

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy for me to create list to keep to email out the clients I need. I also like the ease of of using templates withing the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration is not as solid as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us be able to email with ease. This was not as simple as the other software we used. It also helps us easily identify views.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can do Marketing efforts that will automatically update contact activities in my CRM. They all live in one place and I can do emails, workflows can track metrics, and track emails. The data is available to me and all of it is in one place is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that I dislike when I'm building emails or websites, I can't easily drag images or text anywhere I'd want. It's only within the restraints of the modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment it's definitely giving the clients I work the option to automate their marketing efforts in one place vs using different software. I can definitely say that I'm able to offer it more as a service to clients that wants to up their Marketing services.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the chat feature they provide for their users. Every time I have used it they have been very helpful and almost always find a solution to the problem I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like a lot of the formatting issues within HubSpot. It can be especially difficult since we use graphics so frequently, and it is not easy to go back and correct your issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing us the ability to set up our company's social media and everything to do with marketing. When we can do it all from one platform it makes our lives much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule and post on multiple social media platforms at once. I also like that their email marketing is simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things can get complicated when building out forms and landing pages. It can be challenging to find the proper location to make a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was tired of going into each social media platform to make a post. I like doing everything at once!
