What do you like best about the product?
the HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use. Everything you need for a Marketing tool is already there. I highly recommend these Marketing tools if you work in the Marketing industry
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any problems or something that I don't like with this app yet. This app is really helpful in Marketing. Aside from that it is more affordable!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me a lot with account data management, marketing analytics, and marketing automation. It will provide insights which are very helpful!
Easy to use automation, email , and page set up and management
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot extremely user friendly. As a first-time user, I was able to get up and running quickly and learn how to do well beyond the basics in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some nuances I had to learn through a freelance consultant, EmmieCo, that probably would have taken me a while to learn through their training, but once I knew them, it was easy to put into place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to create integrated campaigns, track their performance, and understand what messages, CTAs, and campaigns are working best. This allows us to turn up what is working and do less of what is not.
Avoid business units
What do you like best about the product?
Good suite of products for marketing and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales mis sell the business unit product. Very disappointed in hubspot here. It's unfinished and poorly designed.

Managing many channels with a small team.

HubSpot service is so good. There Product is very Good.

Sometimes there site more load for network issue.

Some product's price is higher. If they keep the price resonable then good for customers.

Very easy to automate marketing processes and free up our team's time to focus on other marketing initiatives

At times we have difficulty pulling the reports that we need

Allows us to automate processes and free up our team's time. Workflows allow for us to automate many aspects of the lead nurturing journey and allow us to action leads faster

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to maneuver between pages and allows me to manage my social posts easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I could post videos to personal LinkedIn pages from HubSpot. It would also be amazing to create collab posts and edit reel covers from HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub boasts an intuitive and user-friendly interface that caters to both beginners and experienced marketers alike. Its well-organized layout contributes to a seamless user experience that allows for easy navigation and effective utilization of its many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the limited customization options; while HubSpot Marketing Hub provides a range of templates and customization options, I feel limited in design flexibility. Customizing certain elements or achieving a unique branding look may require more advanced technical skills or additional development work, which I am not able to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot Marketing Hub for content creation and management; it helps me to publish and optimize website content, blog posts, and other marketing collateral.

User friendly platform and easy to use. Majority of the features are helpful on daily basis

I how the platform keeps on improving and making it easier to obtain better insights, I love the centralization of the platform and how convenient it is to manage marketing operations on the platform.

Better communication on updates that will affect account settings!

It has allow us to streamline all marketing efforts while obtaining relaible data in one place. This has saved time and efforts in putting together a plethora of data from multiple platforms to analize performance.
Intuitive and Straight-Forward Marketing Hub with Everything Under One Roof
What do you like best about the product?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub for almost every aspect of our marketing department. We use the built-in CMS, email marketing, landing pages and so much more. It's really convenient to have everything in one place, where everyone on the team can access our shared content. As a bonus, the content also looks great and professional, especially our blog layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's perhaps not nearly as powerful as say SEMRush when it comes to SEO suggestions, nor do I feel like our pages always index as well as they previously did in Wordpress. But don't let that deter you, there are easy workarounds and having everything under one roof makes it worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows our whole team to collaborate effectively and easily share content. Previously, we had too many tools to keep track of and were unable to see what was coming down the pipeline. Now, we have everything in one place and can easily work on something if a team member needs a hand or is out on vacation.
