HubSpot Marketing Hub is great, easy to use and so thorough
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have so much information on all the interactions with our website and marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there could be more pre-set reports to build off, I love the reports that are already there but think there could be a lot more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub hosts our website and all online marketing. This enables a great amount of tracking and we are able to analyse how our users are interacting with our brand online.
Marketing Hub is marketer-friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is marketer-friendly. Users need not be developers, or tech whizzes to use it! In addition, it offers robust analytics, reporting, and optimization tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating it with existing systems proved more challenging than anticipated; however, the reward for all that data syncing was multi-touch attribution, allowing the marketing team to see how their activities influence closed-won revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have one team serving multiple business units and we needed to consolidate products used and streamline processes. HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to create hierarchical teams and partition marketing tools so users are able to access the assets they need.
Best CRM Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Having used a TON of different CRMs - Salesforce, internally built systems, you name it, Hubspot is the absolute best. It was built by marketers, with marketing in mind - and it SHOWS. The data you need and are looking for, exactly where you are - no more endless digging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that HubSpot could stand to implement - including social listening, more in-depth customer journey reporting, and better integrations with products like LinkedIn SalesForce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Literally everything related to marketing. This is our one-stop solution for all things - and we always start with HubSpot before looking into or implementing alternative solutions. 9 times out of 10, they have a program or feature that can solve our need without looking elsewhere.

This eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools and allows for a seamless workflow. What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the limited flexibility in design for email marketing templates and landing pages. Additionally, the reporting functionality for syncing PPC campaigns with results and data is not as robust as I would prefer.

Great Tool to hit the ground running
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great way to reduce how many marketing tools you actually need. It can condense your tech stack into a manageable list but also you're not giving up much product flexibility in doing this.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need a feature or are hoping for an update to the product line, you just get directed to the community forum. This used to be great when the requests were actually worked and you could see that progress. Now its more of a feature request purgatory no matter how many likes a request gets it just sits never to be pushed out to even a beta.

Lack of Automation and Efficiency: Manual marketing tasks can be time-consuming and prone to errors. HubSpot Marketing Hub offers automation features that enable businesses to automate repetitive tasks, such as lead nurturing, email campaigns, and social media scheduling. This automation saves time and improves efficiency, allowing marketers to focus on more strategic activities.

Mass email sending and creating landing pages. How easy it is to follow the steps and numerous forums that can help

Moreso our side with reporting, currently digging through info to find what works. Cleaning up our database to better read and report what we have

Landing Pages, most recently he;ping form submission and eliminating fake emails through CAPTCHA

HubSpot is a great way to manage communication with you audience, not just through emails, but also as creating landing pages that responds to specific needs for your business or organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Even when HubSpot is a great platform and most of the software is really easy to use, sometimes the landing page Creator is complicated to use. Mostly with images that fit in browser sight but not in mobile ones.

It helps in the way we are communicating and managing all this area with costumers and audience. It makes easy to the whole organization to manage who is talking and how.
