Great for marketers - reports could be easier to use
What do you like best about the product?
Their new AI functionality is interesting - in terms of creating and adding to your brand voice. i like the flexibility. of design on web pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better reporting for marketing attribution without upgrading the the marketing pro subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good for tracking traffic coming to our campaign landing pages and blog pages, monitoring how these leads get nurtured and contribute to opportunities and sales closed

Intuitive design, frequent improvements and great features.

Some UI elements can be imporoved for small laptop screens

Great marketing automation with different triggers and actions. Probably the best feature.
Easy to use platform with lots of capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, with enough basic options to start with content marketing for lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the packages are very limited. Which means you have to upgrade fast when things go well or when you want to use the full power. Although the pricing starts low, the monthly costs accelerate quickly when you move up a tier.

Easy to create nice looking landing pages without any coding skills needed.
A must have for any growing business
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between the CRM and CMS – the data provided, as well as the intuitive editing, make HubSpot Marketing Hub an essential for any business. It is so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects (e.g. blog) are difficult to edit and sometimes it is hard to find everything on the menu, or to find the answers online. It would be good to have folders to store the different emails you send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allowed us to build an easy to use, streamlined website, automating emails and nurturing leads, collecting and analysing data as well as scheduling social media posts.
Very good so far - integration with Salesforce could be better.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive tool - it's been pretty easy to get new team members up and running with minimum training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's created some real pains when integrating with SFDC.

Keep all our Marketing outbounding activities streamlinedin one same platform.

It can easily desconfigured emails and landing pages' design

Easy all in one solution for marketing activities. I like that Hubspot can be our s ource of truth.

The most helpful are Lists so that I can quickly look at whatever I want: leads from campaigns, inbound leads, SQL..

What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty complex, in my opinion not very friendly GUI takes me some time to fins what I need etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectioon: advertising/web traffic > MQL > SQL > won.. i can see the campaign performance in few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing side of the platform. Quite easy to use once you've have set yourself up with a template for your brands' newsletters. It take a little to get use to, but i'd say it's better than other email marketing platforms I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social scheduling tool can be a bit annoying. You definitely learn as you go what you can/can't post via hubspot. For example you can only posts carousels on Linkedin with 4 images max. Videos also can't be posted to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of tracking data from a series of different platforms. It super time consuming to go from platform to platform to pull data, so it's handy to have i all in one place.

It's super easy to use and always helps me come to the right outcome with my advertising campaigns

There isn't much I dislike about it, however, it could be better fo traffic campaign analytics

It helps me to determine the best ads, what is working and where to put budgets
Time saving, automation and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, new features slot into what you're used to, and reporting on activities within and outside of the team is really simple. Automation and workflows take a lot of the strain of everyday work, and having emails, social management, and landing pages in one place is a real help - plus all the knowledge on customer interaction with marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reports need a bit of understanding - without a bit of knowledge it's easy to get inconsistencies across different reports using filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up on form submissions to gather more data, re engaging, and understanding the customers and how they interact with content so that we can improve (using A/B tests etc).
