What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it incredibly easy to manage and track marketing campaigns end-to-end. The automation workflows, lead scoring, and email sequencing tools save huge amounts of time, while the analytics dashboards give a clear view of engagement and ROI. I especially like how seamlessly it integrates with HubSpot CRM everything stays connected, from the first touchpoint to conversion. It’s intuitive, visually clean, and ideal for teams handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall experience is strong, some advanced reporting and customization options could be more flexible. For instance, deeper segmentation filters or automated reporting exports would be helpful. The pricing can also scale up quickly as contacts increase, so it’s best suited for teams that will fully utilize its automation and analytics capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has streamlined how we manage, track, and measure our outreach campaigns. It consolidates lead data from multiple sources (including Apollo) and provides clear visibility into engagement at every stage of the funnel. Automating workflows for follow-ups and nurturing has saved us significant manual effort, while integrated dashboards help align sales and marketing around a single source of truth.
Overall, it’s helping us shorten response cycles, increase campaign conversion rates, and make data-driven decisions faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot has some amazing features. Workflows are amazing in HubSpot. There's a lot of things that you don't have to worry about in Salesforce if you can set it up in a workflow in HubSpot. The segments are incredibly helpful to, well segment your database. I use that more than I do reports. Field mapping in between HubSpot and Salesforce is a breeze which leads me to my absolute favorite thing about HubSpot versus other tools (I wouldn't dare call out Marketo in a review like this). HubSpot doesn't charge me for junk! I can have unqualified contacts sitting in HubSpot and never have to mess up my Salesforce. In other tools (I promise I'm not talking specifically Marketo) but Marketo for instance, they charge me and arm and a leg for folks that were generated by sales. I realize there are custom sync things you can do between the two systems but HubSpot makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because HubSpot competes with Salesforce for somethings, I feel like some of their other tools are just not very good. I feel like their reporting is not great and very hard to use. I can create a report in Salesforce in 5 minutes where it would take me 30 minutes in HubSpot, and probably not have all the info I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us build seamless workflows to build amazing automation for our prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot Marketing Hub because of its powerful workflow automation features, which streamline our processes by automatically sending alerts to clients regarding the number of calls made, meetings booked, and deals closed. The lead attribution tools are incredibly valuable as they provide insights into where our leads are originating from across various touchpoints, enabling us to make better informed decisions in our marketing strategy. Additionally, the reporting and dashboard functionalities are exceptional, offering us a visually pleasing way to interpret and present our data, such as tracking how many meetings were booked in a given month. The integration capabilities are also impressive, as it allows us to connect seamlessly with external tools like Slack for alert notifications. The intuitive setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub made the migration from tools like Google Sheets and Airtable effortless, ensuring that accessing data within HubSpot is much easier. Overall, these features together contribute significantly to optimizing our operations and improving our data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with the workflow where I accidentally closed it and the changes I made were gone. I need a revision history to easily switch between edits and versions.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate deal stages, integrate tools like Slack, and enhance reporting and lead attribution, making data more accessible and visually appealing, while improving client communication through automated alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for scaling organizations, particularly orgs that either/and work with an agency or have an in-house marketing team. It's nice to have everything you need in one place, and the connectivity with your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsurprising, but lack of features at lower levels (starter is extremely limited). HubSpot likes to add-on new features without fixing the current ones that are buggy. Can be overwhelming to start with, definitely need to watch tutorials to get a feel for the system before you can jump in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub lets us run all of our marketing operations out of one central place. This makes it easier to ensure consistency and reduce duplication, as well as troubleshoot problems as they arise. The campaign feature lets us keep marketing initiatives organized. With the connection to the CRM, it really lets us scale up our marketing operations by being able to do more advanced workflow stuff. It's great for creating complex workflows based on a user's actions but that run seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use HubSpot Marketing Hub is. I've been using it for nearly 6 years throughout my career, and it’s consistently provided a great user experience every time. What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing is undoubtedly a powerful tool. Its capabilities for tracking engagement, running A/B tests, and integrating automation and workflows make managing everything within HubSpot much more straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a direct criticism of Marketing Hub itself, but as a company that doesn't focus heavily on marketing, we sometimes find ourselves paying for a feature we aren't actively using if we don't utilize it within a certain timeframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in the early stages of using Marketing Hub, but so far, the most significant advantage has been its ability to organise, test, track, and report on our email marketing campaigns. Before this, we had to depend on other systems where, for example, our contact data was not readily available, or the tools simply weren't as advanced as what HubSpot offers.
