Easy analytics and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly way of creating reports and dashboards. Another good thing is introducing AI assistant, which makes content work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be a bit difficult to learn for new users. If you are a few users that never worked with Hubspot, you might find navigation a bit too complicated or not obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to find and store customer insights. I used to have a problem with creating content performance dashboards. Now i can do it myself, without involving data analyst.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing makes it incredibly easy to manage our marketing activities between a remote team with different levels of skills and responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain functionality (stories, analytics) which exists in native social media platforms is not available in HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business with multiple business units HubSpot Marketing Hub is great at consolidating different channels into one manageable space to provide a clear overview of performance.

Hubspot links to straight to my database, which enables me to run powerful automated campaigns.

Hubspot is a little pricer for large databases.

Marketing Hub is enabling us to keep our database active, the automation tools can respond to our data and keep it engaged.

I haven't found something I want to do and can't do yet.

The fact I've constantly got a support ticket going means I can't solve my problems by myself - probably because the functionalities are so vast

Hubspot allows us to have all our data in on space from first contact to sales through to customer success. It solves the challenges of collecting, updating and managing data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use WYSIWYG editor for emails, automation feature seamlessly connects with our other tech stack and also all the work can be attributed to specific team members allowing us to track and monitor progress and success.
What do you dislike about the product?
A relatively steep learning curve can put off new team members.
The new social media posting wizard takes a lot longer to post than the old one did, meaning theres a slightly longer lead time in scheduling posts.

What do you like best about the product?
The support inbox helps you immediately solve your issues. They look at your workflows and campaigns and help you choose filters that work best for your business growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can improve explaining filters with real-life examples. It is a bit overwhelming and confusing for people who are not power users and new to digital marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for email marketing campaigns, and it helps us get responses from clients and achieve our business development targets. Our business performance has increased after using hub spot marketing hub.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean database, captures emails when we message them , automated, helps us keep on top of GDPR compliance, user-friendly, really easy to use, the eshots are brilliant and easy to use, the help articles are clear and always follow the same format, good chat support. It is great
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media tagging is still poor. It's not well set up for Instagram yet (eg you cannot bulk upload posts for that). It has suddenly stopped auto tracking my emails and I can't get it to do it again. It doesnt have the functionality to let our whole team manage the inbox through a group email which is a pain.

Managing our database and enabling us to sell to it. Also helps with our GDPR obligaiotns

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything I need to do my marketing job. I like how easy it is to navigate and the support is brilliant, especially the live chat. have never used competitors so cant compare but i love it
What do you dislike about the product?
it can sometimes be hard to find things - e.g. you have to know the exact name of an email if you're searching for it. i also think the interface could be a bit slicker

we would like more people to use our software and getting in front of them with regular touchpoints via hubspot is great, especially with automations. we are driving more MQLs and sales
Works great, easy to use and scalable
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and sending emails to large audiences, creating workflows to optimise customer journeys are easy to use, HubSpot academy is also really helpful for learning about strategy and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really should have an in-built split-time A/B test function. We have to use a workaround method which adds unnecessary time and makes reporting a little bit more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows - we've seen great performance out of our automated email journeys that are made possible by HubSpot's easy to use workflow functionality. This allows us to more easily target the right people at the right time, and is set and forget, allowing us to optimise other areas at the same time.
Powerful software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an all in one Software for Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. It is very easy to use and combines all the necessary tools for doing great marketing. I love the integrated email tool and the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ads integration still needs some improvement. Also if you don't have your whole website in HubSpot it is a bit more complicated to use all the tools. So it works best if everything is in HubSpot.

It integrated all the necessary tools that you need for Marketing Campaigns. So you don't have to switch between different tools. You have everything combined in HubSpot.
