The gift that keeps on giving
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is amazing! It allows me to see the whole journey of my leads from just entering the protal all the way to closed won. Its extremely user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest downfall I have expereinced was the forms and the lack of protecting spam submissions. At the moment I cannot record an IP address to prevent the form submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot are really assiting me with the creation of marketing automations and email marketing purposes.

Being intuitive and easy to learn. Also a lot of resources to help you learn to take the most from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lacks basic features, like removing automatically a contact from a email automation workflow it it replies.

Having a centralized platform to keep track of marketing operations and results.

Sometimes landing page and email creation can be a little buggy.

It makes putting up landing pages and creating emails a breeze, which is a major boon in my day to day working life.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves various problems by providing a centralized platform for managing marketing campaigns, automating processes, and tracking results. This benefits me by saving time and effort in campaign execution, enabling better lead nurturing and segmentation, and providing valuable insights to optimize marketing strategies for improved performance and ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great to be able to do all aspects of markeitng in one hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime there can be issues with such as wait time on loading them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us automate our communication in a more clever way by using behavioural data rather than just demographic.
The perfect single source of data for targeted and effective actions and campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
We can use marketing hub in tandem with the CMS hub to present specific content and data to users based on what we know about them both behaviourally and demographically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few frustrations with marketing hub - there is the occasional temporary glitch but that is to be expected from any software realistically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our data consistent across all objects - contacts, accounts, deals etc - and the customisation available to us allows us to create the exact workflows and automations we need to effectively market our product and communicate with prospects and customers in a highly personal way.

What do you like best about the product?
Running a campaign through HubSpot is easy and provides a vast option to attract prospects. It has excellent campaign creation functions, and we can schedule multiple emails. We can also create add, forms, etc., to capture a lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, it is excellent, but when we have to calculate ROI, we have to face problems. One of them is we can not see the ROI of all campaigns or a few specific campaigns.

Scheduling multiple emails remove manual marketing emails. It also provides ROI of specific campaigns in terms of the number of open and number of clicks. mail bounces

Hubspot is a comprehensive marketing solution that enables me to do everything I want to do without the need for a team of freelancers to support us.

There is so much data it can sometimes be challenging to see the wood from the trees. But that's part of the learning.

To be able to automate our lead generation and track the impact of our approach

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Hubspot can keep track of our different email campaign and it's possible to creare very accurate reports

I don't like the fact that the fee is based on marketing contacts and that some actions of contacts are not tracked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to he an holistic view of all our marketing actions, in connection with the sales efforts and goals. This helps our marketing team to be more focused and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely powerful yet easy to use, opening many opportunities and powerful insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices get very steep when trying to upgrade. It can put smaller teams off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very clunky lead gen system, no landing page facilities and generally had everything scattered all over the place. HubSpot put everything under one roof.
