What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot, although it does have some limitations is a great organisational and marketing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations in emailing and deal management. Its pricing is also very badly structured.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an integrated tool that helps us manage all of our marketing campaigns using one platform. Be it social media or email or ABM, it supports everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Hubspot Marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets my entire team work on same integrated platform so the team stays connected and there's no duplication of efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Really good knowledge base, where you can find most answers + HubSpot Academy.
Most of the tools are easy to learn and have intuitive UI.
I don't have experience with other similar tools, but I'm satisfied with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign section is a bit difficult to navigate and basic functionality, such as UTM links could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating marketing email campaigns and building landing pages.
I really like the simplicity of marketing email creation, and it's functionality. We were able to run A/B tests and experiment with different content.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is really powerful as it really does a lot of things for you. You can centralize a lot of marketing processes there like email campaigns, newsletters, source tracking and attribution, contact lists, lead gen forms, and activity tracking among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find reports and dashboards somewhat limited. We need to use other tools to visualize the data. Plus, I would like to have more options for designing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us track various marketing activities and see all interactions on the contact's level. We can also manage and organize contacts lists, attribute leads to a specific source, and send out newsletters. It's convenient that all of those functionalities are centralized in one place so we have a full picture and can work with a large base of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
We currently have 3 business units, and with HubSpot we can manage and grow each company individually, whilst learning from what works for each BU respectively
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some development to occur seperating each Business Unit when it comes to subscriptions and re-subscription. But overall very productive and connected sofware

We are managing 3 different business units over three countries, with HubSpot we have the ability to be interconnected and work along side each other on the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a marketing manager, I had to get creative in utilizing various marketing tools for tasks like analytics, email automation, and social scheduling. This meant dealing with multiple platforms, logins, subscriptions, setups, and analyzing data and insights across different platforms. However, the Hubspot marketing tool came to our rescue by providing a convenient all-in-one solution. It not only offered us comprehensive insights into user behaviors to help us enhance the customer experience, but also allowed us to connect with sales and delivery teams, establishing a crucial flow of communication between departments. Our overall experience with Hubspot has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started with Hubspot can be quite challenging, especcially when you need to migrate/integrate with platforms you have previously used. There are several setup requirements, and Hubspot offers help at an extra cost or the option to use external partners for assistance at additional charges. The pricing of Hubspot is not very affordable, which can pose challenges for smaller companies. Additionally, the need for additional costs to receive assistance with the setup process further compounds the affordability issue. We hired an external agency to work with us for months to migrate our data and set it up, and they did a great job. However, I believe this onboarding experience should be included as part of the Hubspot package. It's like selling a great car without a wheel and expecting users to figure out how to make one using tutorials or paying for additional help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By comprehending our customers' digital journey more effectively, we enhance the user experience, consolidate various tools into a single platform, and establish seamless connections with other departments to foster a smooth workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a single source where all of our primary marketing tools and analytics can live, harmoniously and integrated thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few gaps which mean that we need additional tools. This adds to complexity and costs.

It allows for our entire team (and other teams) to work from a single source of data, and integrate an entire marketing process. From awareness to lead gen.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it simple to automate engaging campaigns that actually move leads forward, and the new Breeze AI features make creating social posts feel effortless and I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be extremely helpful to have a search feature that scans across all emails and blogs for a specific keyword. This would make it much easier to quickly update content, track where certain information appears, and keep everything consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for me to see which call-to-action graphics and links get clicked on the homepage and test them against other versions.
