Easy as apiece of cake!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, especially the design tool for marketing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting sectoin could be better. Also, it took a bit of time to include AI in products!

It benefits businesses by streamlining marketing operations, improving lead generation and conversion rates, enhancing customer engagement, and providing valuable insights, from analytics and reports, for data-driven decision-making.
Great solution to manage your leads and deals in the one place!
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of really useful features to create your lead generation and manage deals. Also, I really love that if you didn't find something, HubSpot will create it from users requests :) Highly recommend it for B2B SaaS companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
A quite an expensive price, with not flexible limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All workflows for incoming leads from organic and paid ads, email marketing, analytics, social media marketing
Intuitive Tool for a structured workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Once set up, everything works just fine with view clicks. Workflows and automatization are the keys to more time-effective work without a hassle. Having everything under one roof is HS's strongest feature in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite hard to change the design modules without a professional coder behind it and some templates are not flexible enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything within one platform makes everyday tasks and analysis easy.
Great for social media scheduling and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the consolidated view of all our marking activities, from social media to campaign landing pages and emails. Makes editing, optimizing, and reporting a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the social media scheduling tool was recently updated, it can be glitchy at times. Took some time to get used to the single posting view across channels. Potentially some work is required here to make it a little more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to link and track complete campaigns, and deep dive into reporting metrics to show ROI. Since our company works across several time zones, the ability to schedule activities according to different audiences is also a plus.
An all-including tool with some needed study before using it
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have a good overview of the blog: the list of articles is clear and easy to navigate; the topic cluster is easy to be created, the statisics are clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The topic cluster gives me a mono-directional feedback: from cluster page to pillare page. I need also viceversa and this will give a competitive advantage to Hubspot over other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me manage the blog, to track its analytics. To create topic clusters and to see if the internal linking is well-done. The biggest benefit is that I don't waste time with tedious bugs.

Allows to run multiple campaigns both for prospects or existing clients easily thanks to the high degree of segmentations in our contacts database

HubSpot is helping us gain valuable insight into our customers', leads', and prospects' activities and interest, which further helps both marketing and sales tailor the nurturing, in combination with marketing automation and reporting.

I honestly can't think of anything. Your support is super helpful, and the tool itself is very intuitive.

Gathering everything I need in one place! HubSpot is making my life so much easier as a single marketeer in our company.
The CRM platform that evolves with your business.
What do you like best about the product?
I am a very big fan of Hubspot. We use it for our website and as a Marketing CRM system and this gives us many opportunities for lead generation. We have this all interfaced with Salesforce and I am very happy with this integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting piece within hubspot could be a little better. In addition, retrieving data sometimes takes a very long time in reports and lists.

It helps us process our incoming data and properly categorize it via workflows for follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
I find user friendly and intuitive to use, even with little experience. The analytics are also clear and the integration with other Hubspot hubs is seamless. The 'pointers' on how to enhance open rates and influence are also very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few product changes that have been on the backburner for a while that don't seem to get chased despite multiple forum requests. I'd recommend more frequent reviews on this, if not being done so already?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wholly integrating all of our marketing efforts into one place. As a small company, it's imperative for us to simplify our processes so as not to overload ourselves.
