It is relatively easy to learn and use, support is great
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy email design and workflow creations
- lots of flexibility within the workflows and that I can base it on contacts or deals.
- The delay until a certain date function is a winner.

What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with general data clean up and the team needs to be on top of their associated contacts, deals, companies. Sometimes it happens that emails go to incorrect contacts based on the incorrect association with the deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving that everything gets tracked in the same tool. Me and the team can view the entire journey of a deal from sales, onboarding, customer. Its important for the CSM team to see all the emails and communication that gets sent out to their accounts
Great platform that's east to use
What do you like best about the product?
Great usability and lots of resources and courses to learn its capabilities. Good for executing and getting results on campaigns and communications. Integrations with other platforms are strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to manage workflows and sequences and get more resources for that. Can usually figure it out but properties can be hard to find. Everyhing else is good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has a wide range of abilities instead of using multiple platforms. Easy to send our emails and campaigns and track results to adjust in the future. Also great A/B testing.
A Must have CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Husbs have been easy to use, with little training to understand, I love having the company social linked to it, easy to schedule posts and organize your content, also really good to creat blogs, useful templates, and easy landing page formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wouldn't say dislike...but room to improvement in certain areas:
1. I would love to be able to schedule a video on personal page. This feature works only for company pages.
2. I would love to have the best time performance base on the actual social media platform and not based on hubspot.
3. I would love to be able to schedule LinkedIn articles from hubs scheduler.
4. I'd love to have more templates for emails available or more flexibility to change their current formats.

it makes automation way simpler compare to others CRM
Great marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing capabilities paired with the reporting and list abilities is great! It's easy to connect and aggregate our data from other sources and use those to segment our contacts. We rely on workflows and the email capabilities as a huge part of our business. As an automation platform, it's easy to use, has advanced capabilities, and we can customize everything how we want it to fit our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, I run into features that are missing even though they feel basic such as split testing branches of workflows. But, overall, it's powerful enough and has all the features any normal user would really need. I understand that you can't get to making every feature haha. Just not enough time in the day.
One thing that isn't really a knock on HubSpot's platform but is something people should keep in mind: Its great ability to integrate with other software has led to a bit of data overload that is a little overwhelming when you're trying to segment lists.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps aggregate our prospect data and we use it primarily to nurture people through email. It has advanced capabilities but is still user friendly — for example, we use custom coded templates for our email marketing to maintain brand consistency. But we were able to make these templates in their Classic Editor in order to keep them simple and usable by an average employee.
Fully featured platform with unlimited potential
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing Hub has been invaluable to our business. We have been able to personalize our email outreach while also providing an unbeatable sales process in our space. The Marketing Hub is very easy to use, has a great design, and so many features that there will always be something to roll out to your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is minimal downside to the Marketing Hub. Occasionally there are some outages and since your whole team is reliant on one platform that can cause larger issues than if you were using multiple services in your stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we were using multiple platforms and those are now combined into one easy to use platform. Our previous outreach was also impersonal and we did not have easy access to data in order to properly market to our contact lists.
Easy to Learn but Why Would You?
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn (accept the Design part and Website mess). I like the ad tool set up. I like being able to store files.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot. Design and modules are a mess. The websites are from 2002. The themes are terrible. CTAs and forms aren't always the same perimeters and rules and it is impossible to find a hidden form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using all of the above but they aren't the easiest to get work right with certain integrations. It is not easy for a non-expert to use. Hubsptot is either stupid simple or so complicated and gnarly you need a Phd and chainsaw to figure it out.

Longtime HubSpot Lover
What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface is really easy to work with. Linking people directly to a company or contact is always really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports. I don't like the templates available. They are not holistic enough, and I rarely use them even though I know there's valuable info in our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to become much more sophisticated with our pipelines. We can track customer journeys from stranger to customer much simpler now.
CRM that reaches across your media
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reach amongst all the different tools, which facilitate administrating digital properties. I also think the contact enrichment is particularly awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike their ad manager. I think it's too restrictive to really allow for proper execution. I also think the way files are uploaded and siloed might be difficult for attribution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it as our main tool to manage contacts, landing pages and other assets. It's helpful to work through workflows in one single place and create functional sequences for our customer journeys.
Great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how much variety the Marketing Hub offers. It is user-friendly and straightforward for beginners to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't account for duplicate contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot of good data I can pull from the analytics tab and helps me make decisions of what landing pages to keep and which ones to archive.
