Complicated to Use and Too Many Interfaces to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking and reports that can be made. It shows a clear picture of leads coming in, tracks the retainers brought in, and tracks where a lead came from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts do not sync with the deals so we we have to use another program to get those to connect as well as certain customer fields do not sync with our case managment system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our ability to track leads, implement web forms on our Wordpress website, connects to Panda Doc, and we can create and track marketing emails with ease.
Very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can manage all your social platforms in one place to communicate with the various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I do not like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all social platforms in one place.
helps to stay organised!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy yo use, you can collect data, easily import/export data, make changes, see history and keep tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent noticed any things that I dont like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps teh data about customers, you can see the history, send bulk emails, create new tags, lists, make workflows which saves a lot of time.
An Intuitive Yet Limited Social Media Scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
The Social Media scheduling tool helps us plan and schedule our posts and manage our social media accounts (FB/IG, LinkedIn, and Twitter) from one platform. The email marketing tools allow us to create and send targeted, personalized email campaigns to our diverse audiences. Adding audience segments helps keep us organized when we need to be more targeted in our email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the Social Media planning aspect, I wish the reporting was a little more intuitive and showed percentage increases/decreases on the charts to compare the reporting periods. There are also some features on the social media platforms that I wish were incorporated into the scheduler, such as adding locations for FB/IG, thumbnails & captions for videos, schedule Twitter threads, and the ability to post onto our Google My Business pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing centralized analytical tools and external/internal contact lists, a social media scheduler for all of our main platforms, and allows us to build templates for our email campaigns depending on our target audience and needs.
Keep your focus on creating, not on setting up
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, I know about crafting compelling content that will lead to a conversion, but always a milestone has been to master "the tech stuff".
With Hubspot, I don't have to worry about the specifics of setting proper targeting or advanced settings because they already got you covered with that.
Basically, I'm able to attribute my marketing efforts properly without doing that much from my end and also set up assets like landing pages in minutes.
The dashboard with a funnel design in the ad section is really cool to be aware about closing rates and ROI.

What do you dislike about the product?
It will never be as powerful as having everything native but It works for what I need. Leads & conversions.
My company pays for one of the biggest plans but still, I'm only able to set up 5 audiences for ads there so I end up exporting lists and uploading them manually to the ad platforms.
When setting up landing pages since we created our templates over a starter template, we can't access the advanced setting and unindexed a landing page :(
When scheduling social media posts you can't schedule reels because it will tell you that you have the wrong specs when using a 9:16 video.
Inability to schedule stories and carousels over 4 pics on Facebook and Linkedin.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dependency of the IT team
Solid Marketing Hub Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Lead database, integration with Gmail and other applications, automation, email marketing, landing pages, analytics data and dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the IT updates create bugs in the system, would like better integrations with more applications, bugs with lists and contacts, system speed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication with leads which is helping with efficiency.
A great tool and intuitive design
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to use the system to grow and nurture our leads, while also having powerful reporting tools that allow us to see where our efforts are worthwhile and where they are not.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that we are building a list and we are unable to drill down with the data we want. When this happens we reach out to the support team and are always given a creative way to do what we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see all our leads in one place and build reports that work for our needs specifically. We like being able to see all our Ads data in one place rather than each platform. We use email marketing and automated sends weekly.
Great Marketing Product for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
I've used both Pardot and now Hubspot. I find Hubspot's interface to be simpler and organized. Specifically, building email templates is much easier as are building workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like reporting and analytics could be robust at the sales opportunity level. However, works well for landing pages, emails etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation is straight forward and not overly engineered. Customer support is also helpful. It was easy to learn when switching over from Pardot to Hubspot.
Great for B2B marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
As a B2B marketer, the best aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub is its comprehensive platform that consolidates all marketing elements. It offers a user-friendly interface where I can efficiently manage campaigns, advertising, email, content, CMS, social media, website forms, and pop-ups. Having everything in one place saves me a lot of time, lets me measure results, has integrated tactics across channels, and gives me a lot of control over most of my digital marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of HubSpot Marketing Hub is that its CMS functionality may require web development knowledge to leverage its potential fully. While its SEO module aids in managing content strategies like pillar pages and cluster topics, it falls short as a keyword and topic research tool. Additionally, the Social media module has limitations, such as the inability to include carousels, polls, or other assets beyond images and videos. Moreover, social listening capabilities are limited in scope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves several problems for me as a B2B marketer. Firstly, it provides a centralized platform that streamlines the management of marketing campaigns, advertising, email, content, CMS, social media, forms, and pop-ups. This consolidation saves me time and effort by having everything in one place.
Additionally, the SEO module assists me in implementing content strategies like pillar pages and cluster topics, while also offering a decent site audit feature. This functionality helps improve my content's visibility and overall performance.
Furthermore, the platform's Social media module allows me to schedule posts across different platforms, enabling efficient social media management. Despite some limitations, it still helps me maintain a consistent presence and engage with my audience effectively.
While there are areas for improvement, HubSpot Marketing Hub's ability to address these challenges enhances my productivity, simplifies my workflows, and contributes to the overall success of my B2B marketing efforts.

Very easy to quickly jump in, even as a novice in social media
What do you like best about the product?
That I can post to Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter all at once. This is incredibly time saving when all 4 posts share similar assets (campaign, scheduled time, text and/or images).
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I schedule a post, I lose it's connection to other other posts and they appear as individual posts in the Calendar view. There are times when I have to change the schedule and/or the content and at that point I have to go into 4 separate scheduled posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly post emails and social posts from one place. This enables the full team access and visibility to all that's going on. I know we aren't quite leveraging campaigns to their fullest potential and look forward to when we do!
