Once central location for all social ads...saves time and money!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create paid marketing ads in one central location. Be it Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or others, there is no more having to switch from page to page and remember each platform's nuances. I can create them all in one location and even pull analytics from some media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more interaction with Instagram to pull the ad and social data. Still, I understand that the social platform allows limited third party interaction. Something to shoot for in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ability to build personalized tracking URL links will allow us to better gauge our ads' effectiveness and have a greater understanding of how candidates progress through the hiring process from first contact to interview and hire.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the sales process. Actually using the marketing hub was difficult and every single question we had was hey watch this hour webinar.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they provided actual support, maybe their product would work. Also the inability to do reels seems like they are stuck a decade ago
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried it for a solid few months, was very excited to have 1 platform (we use them for sales) and was excited to be a partner and use them for my clients, the complete lack of support made it impossible.
Incredibly useful tool for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is incredibly useful for a number of reasons. We are able to have an almost one-stop shop for all things marketing - email marketing, landing page creation, and social media content scheduling. The insights have also helped us improve our marketing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Hub is not super intuitive as a beginner, but once you get the hang of it, you will find it very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our need for hosting landing pages, sending out email marketing, and scheduling social media posts in an efficient, productive manner.

Automating posts and metric tracking
It is so seamless to use, UI is very friendly

The ability to move across the UI and know exactly where I am going for my emails and social media

Hard to link deals to contacts, wish it were more seamless to log calls and email for clients, as well as better email tools for implementing automated email workflows

We are able to quickly build landing pages on the fly and have social media metrics immediately set in. The email marketing platform is very intuitive to suit the needs of users who primarily send marketing email
Using HubSpot for almost 6 years for different clients
What do you like best about the product?
Is an all-in-one platform, very friendly and easy to use. You can have all your database there and everyone in the organization will know what is going on. Reports are great here because you can build whatever you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contracts are rigid, so if you don't want to keep using HubSpot for whatever reason, you have to stay until it's over. And some features that I consider important are only available for an enterprise license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we can easily track every marketing effort and iterate when analyzing the data of what is working and what isn't. So right now we send emails, build forms and landing pages for Ads, and all our content for our blog.
We have been using HubSpot for a while, and I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer!

What do you like best about the product?
Live chat features in the help center. The marketing features are easy enough to use, but every once in a while, I need help, and the folks on live chat are SO HELPFUL. It is nice to feel autonomous of my marketing efforts. The analytics are also appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a bit more freedom in the design of contact forms would be good. Sometimes duplicates of contact information happen as well, and that can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to move web hosting in-house. Now our teams have more control over their departments as they relate to marketing and the website. Real-time data is a huge bonus, as I can see data for any page, blog, or podcast episode. There are a lot of self-directed learning tools through logs as well, so when chatting with support, they always pass along those resources.
