Great marketing tool for working closely with your sales team.
What do you like best about the product?
The way marketing efforts are able to work smartly for the sales team. I appreciate the email tool, landing page and form creation the most. I feel the marketing hub competes well with other marketing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about marketing hub and how much time I spend organizing and caring for the contacts within HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving our ability to spark interest in a contact and allowing a sales team member to follow up with our business is still top of mind!
Hubspot brought all our marketing tools together for ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub brings all the best marketing tools together in one platform. I can easily schedule social posts and emails all from one spot. It also tracks data for me to provide my boss with real results and analytics!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little complex to learn in the beginning, but that is expected when learning how to use a new tool. I just took the time to learn more about using the features in Hubspot Academy and through Youtube videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates my company's social posts and emails, which lightens my daily workload. I now have more time to focus on other areas of marketing, such as major projects, to help move our company forward.
Intuitive for any level of experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub is an all-in-one place for me to manage the marketing efforts of my small business - email marketing, contact management, landing pages, and even my website. I also love that I'm able to easily fire off email automation based on someone's interaction. It's easy to navigate and everything plays well off each other. No more working between 3-4 different systems. Simplified my operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
My marketing needs are pretty basic and this covers them. I don't have any complaints.

Allows me to handle most of my marketing functions in one place.

While HubSpot is a powerful platform for digital marketing, its native analytics and reporting capabilities can be considered basic. If you require in-depth analysis and more advanced reporting features, it's necessary to integrate HubSpot with other analytics tools.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot creates a centralized location for all marketing platforms. Having email, social media, website, and SEO in one place is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tool can be difficult to use. Unless you are using custom coded emails, the design tool can be clunky and frustrating. It does not allow for extreme customization. However, there are some themes that solve those gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having customer information for sales, analytics, and centralized management is the biggest benefit to HubSpot.
It's a wonderful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the fact that you can do so much in one area as an important and necessary benefit for business. We have a team that's very spread out across the country so it's wonderful to be able to gather everything together in an easy way for everyone to see it and work within the content without needing to be together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality is a little limited. There are a few things I would love to be able to do within HubSpot, but can't today. However, with their continued updates, I'm sure I'll be able to do everything I want and more very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can build and manage all content and assets as well as track them in one place. It's easy to use and share with those that aren't "marketing-based". Our automations are game-changing and we're able to plan farther into the future with this capability, making our campaigns more developed and stronger so we can take on more.

The dashboards are very helpful as well as the programming of social media content
What do you dislike about the product?
Social doesn´t allow to post more than 4 photos for Facebook, stories cannot be post and programmed

Hubspot Marketing Hub simplifies my life as a marketer and accelerates my work.
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is easy to use, intuitive, and extremely well organized. It makes keeping track of work and evaluating marketing efforts a cinch. Compared to competitors like Marketo and Pardot, it's far more user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing at this time. Hubspot is a blessing. I only wish I was more experienced in all its elements to maximize use—a simplified recommendation engine could help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is our go-to system for lead generation. It makes it easy to track pipelines and meaningfully supply our sales with high-quality, actionable leads based on behavioral event, key demographics, and integrations with 3rd party systems like Shopify.
Best marketing software
What do you like best about the product?
I find it so complete and I have everything I need, regarding marketing, in one place. I can do landing pages, meetings, email marketing, social posts scheduling, workflows, everything... with Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing punctual I don't like. It's a little bit pricey and for small companies can be inaccesible, but it's worth every penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given me time. The automations are great and it saves me so much time.
Love the ease of use

I love how easy it is to update our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot training emphasized naming modules, but when Hubspot's migration team re-built our site, they didn't consult us on names or name them intuitively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving to Hubspot made it possible to roll out new pages and page updates without coordinating with developers.
