HubSpot allows me to do more
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to automate email cadences, social media and more. We're a small marketing team, so it lets me work on higher ROI projects after things are set.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it's become a bit more piecemeal. You're not getting a much as you used to. I understand its how CRM's are going now, so I don't expect that to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small team with big energy. It's been the largest help to my small team. From automation, one space to check on multiple campaigns and automation tools to support our sales team, it is truly my best co-worker.
Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility of having my entire marketing strategy deployed in one place, it makes it easy to find attributions and understand exactly how we're doing against KPIs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to understand the features, but Hubspot has a great knowledge base that usually covers everything. I think the solution is there, is just about giving it the time to be trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have different tools to do email, social media, landing pages, etc. That was just a nightmare. Once I got marketing pro it became extremely easy to report on my objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
With access to Workflow automation, Social Media Management tools, and Reporting Dashboards just to name a few. HubSpot Marketing Hub gives you the tools you need to get the job done!
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a complex system; although it's user-friendly, it can take some time to learn how to maximize the usage of everything you get. You will need to take advantage of their great customer support and training to get the most out of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot puts all the tools you need to manage marketing for your organization in one place. This allows you to track the impact of your effort quickly and easily. I would recommend it to any company especially if you have a small team becasue it will give them the tools to do so much more than they could on their own.

the cost of upgrading to more than 3,000 contacts

We've automated our contract renewal process so that each client gets an email 1 month before their expiration date.
Huge Potential
What do you like best about the product?
You can track website activity with your already-established contacts. Create landing pages and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, and there is a lot to understand, possibly not using all the features.

Marketing coordinator - Utilizing HubSpot Daily
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its ease of use, particularly when it comes to automating workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page feature is buggy. I have to refresh the page in order to see the changes frequently. I also would appreciate if modules were listed as type, so I could know which edits to make in the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving orchestration, and allows me to automate several instances that would otherwise take up a lot of my time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics and scheduling tool for socials. I love being able to track organic contacts from different social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more development with the social scheduler.For instance, schedule pdfs to LinkedIn (carousels), scheduling reels and tiktoks (videos).
It would also be nice to build a dashboard that pulls weekly report for top performing posts for each platform, weekly follower increase.
Another HUGE thing for me, would be TikTok integration - I'd love to get all my analytics from one place, but due to HubSpots limitation I have to use a second party to track my TikTok accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking contacts created via social pages. The benefits are being able to see which content converts to subscribers to our website. I also enjoy the scheduling tool!
Good for smaller teams and organizations

Easiest Marketing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Report functionality is beneficial and time-saving. I no longer have to manually find my data through all of the email metrics for a single campaign. Everything you could need is right there in the report, which you can even customize to yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be even more personalization if so chosen on the back-end of the HubSpot Marketing Hub. There has been some tests that we have not been able to fully run due to the capability on the back-end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Marketing Hub has been able to help identify buying patterns from customers on when, where, and how much they have spent. We have also used this tool to manage and solve our unsubscriber questions. We have been able to truly analyze if we are losing contacts who have previously purchased with us or if they were just window shopping.
It has become my favorite reporting tool

I have come to use the HubSpot Marketing Hub to centralize my reporting, strategy and planning of our marketing efforts.

I wish it had more keyword research and competitor analysis features that we use SEMrush for, but it still does a lot.
