Marketing Hub Review - Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub allows me to find all of the stats and information I need for my team to be successful in one area. We are able to be data-driven marketers because of this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find that creating reports on a large scale can be rather difficult because of the amount of options you have. Perhaps more curated reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is allowing us to keep track of what marketing is doing to support our sales team in order for both departments to be succesful.
Great Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intuitive and user-friendly. I mainly use the campaigns, social, and email portions of the marketing hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited social media features but I have seen they are improving this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling and management. Email campaign management and set up.
Best CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Emails MKT. contact lists and companies
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not possible to add emails in blind copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is resolving our email sending to the leads and customers database.
Super Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Even as a person with little to no marketing experience at first, the Hubspot marketing hub made it easy to create and distribute materials to potential customers and leads. Very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboard reports are not entirely accurate based on the premade filters, and there are some little non-user-friendly things about the website and blog if you are not code-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having email, website, and landing pages all in one place. It makes it super easy to keep track of marketing analytics in one spot, rather than using three different applications (Which is what we were doing prior to hubspot)
Great user experience amongst all enterprise level ESP
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve really liked how much smoother the new Marketing Hub feels overall. The updated automation tools are easier to build with, and the new AI content features actually save me time instead of getting in the way. Reporting also feels more intuitive now — it’s just easier to see what’s working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer features still feel a bit clunky, especially when trying to customize reports or manage more complex workflows. There are moments where things take more clicks than they should. It’s still a strong platform, but a few areas could be a bit more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better user experience design which minimize the time in onboarding and cost to the firm
Easy to use and easy navigation
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar feature to schedule social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports feature can be hard to navigate due to the fact that there is so much you can do with the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End-to-end visibility of the funnel and sales pipeline is helping us stay on top of warm prospects and making successful hand-offs to the sales team.
Strong User Experience/Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation and great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting tools/capabilities could be more intuitive and comprehensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strong platform for blogs/forms/landing pages, analytics are helping us measure digital marketing KPIs.
Great platform for content creation
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly simple to compose and publish blog posts using this platform. The modules are extremely user-friendly, and the SEO recommendations are quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was an easier way to view analytics. It's quite tedious to have to manually gather information such as blog views and CTRs. I would like to see an analytics tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot, we now have the convenience of a single platform for managing our content, landing pages, and emails. This all-in-one solution has simplified our workflow significantly, allowing me to link to internal pages more frequently than ever before.
Critical component to our business
What do you like best about the product?
1) The simplicity to use and how flexible it is.
2) Everything in one system. We use hubspot for marketing, CRM and customer service and having all of the information in one system is so much better than the alternative and outweigh some of the limitations on functionality.
3) Really powerful tool to automate so many processes and workflows. We probably save hundreds of hours a month and make our small team look much bigger than it is because hubspot workflows do the work for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Can't create associations and association labels using workflows. Feels like a big miss on our part and really limits some of the functionality. We utilize a third party app that is honestly not great and errors pretty frequently so object relationships are a consistent area to clean up which is time consuming.
2) Custom objects are more limited than I would hope. Using custom object data within hubspot emails and workflows has been more limited than I would hope. It has already improved since we started using it however and I am hoping that more enhancements come in the future as well.
3) Product catalog usage within emails is more limited than I would like. In order to do dynamic emails with a product catalog can't setup custom information need to use hubspot sales data which isn't our order management system.
4) drag and drop email layout/look is pretty rigid but can be worked around by creating HTML files.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our central hub for all sales, marketing and customer service data and the primary tool those people use.
User friendly collaborative team tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot marketing hub is the transparency into all creative aspects of our company efforts. I'm able to see what the designers have done, as well as our own copy efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
As there have been so many changes in the social media landscape, the biggest complaint I have with HubSpot is the constant errors that occur when trying to post to multiple platforms. Of course, this could always be due to the social platform itself, and not HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem hubspot is solving is the tediousness of keeping a content calendar and individually posting to each separate platform. With hubspot's tools, I am able to see clearly which posts have been scheduled and posted, without having to jump around to multiple analytics pages or keep track of them myself.
