Easy to Learn the Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a different CRM, I didn't know how difficult it would be to learn a new program. I learned how to use almost everything within a few weeks through HubSpot's marketing courses and beginner-friendly user interface. For the unknown, I relied on HubSpot's live chat / support feature and always received prompt responses from friendly support team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email editing for mobile and smart rules can be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software I was using did not allow us to easily track campaign performance. HubSpot's Campaigns feature does this in a dashboard that's not confusing and actually nice to look at.

Easy to learn and use

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can schedule posts in advance. It really helps me plan out the content for my accounts and gives me an overview of everything that has been scheduled.

I also really appreciate the reports with metrics that you wouldn't see on the social media platforms' insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have minimal dislikes such as the inability to bulk edit the same post once it's been scheduled. It gets tedious having to enter each post and edit it. I also wish there was an integration with TikTok because at the moment, I'm scheduling videos on the desktop version of TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that it's helping me solve, is being able to schedule posts once my content has been built out. It's almost like schedule and forget about it. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can schedule posts for when I'm out of the office to make sure content is consistent on our platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub has helped me schedule emails to so many clients in an organized fashion. The performance tracker helps us see how we are doing and the areas we need to improve for future emails. With the scheduling tool, I can send out my emails even when I am not working, so everything runs smoothly when I am away.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to schedule a Twitter thread. With Twitter's character limit is is hard to have our content fit in one tweet. We therefore, split them up into multiple tweets within a thread, but because HubSpot does not have this feature we have to manually post them to Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is allowing us to maintain communication with active and even inactive clients by making sure we can communicate our services/products to them. It easily tracks our interactions and certain client criteria so we are able to target the specific audience we are looking for when running multiple marketing capaigns.

Great email tool!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive for beginners and for those that have been using it for years. Email building and list building are a breeze. Their customer support is also really great at replying and digging into your problems!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the analytics could be a lot better. You can only tag one campaign to each email, so going back to look at the analytics for a specific email - you can't connect it to other emails with multiple campaigns. So analytics is a bit finicky. But not unmanageable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing and email data. We can send mass emails to our contact base in different segments etc. We are able to A/B test and ensure we're sending the best emails possible.

Glitchy, integrations don't work well ( such as zoom)

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub makes automation and personalization so easy for targeted messages to your customers. Plus, HubSpot support is super helpful when you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI of the platform can be tricky at times and email reporting is not the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and intuitive layout. The features I use on the daily are all under the Marketing tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations such as no A/B testing on paid social posts and the fact that you can create socials in multiple platforms at once, but must edit them individually once they are drafts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows all of our efforts to be on one platform which helps with analytics and is more convenient since we have a small Marketing team and administrate a good deal of things at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily I can import contacts from other sources - that's very seamless. Additionally, it's simple enough to break contacts out into discrete lists and tailor my approach for each one. The tracking capabilities for emails is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides that I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to store all of my contacts in an easy to navigate repository and categorize them.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop editor email editor is so useful and efficient. As someone who needs to build out a lot of emails per week, the ease of using templates and cloning is a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The coding for some of my headers across a template has been funky, so I've had to start fresh as we couldn't find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to code emails case by case is something that would be unmanageable, so cloning and drag and drop options are very beneficial and appreciated.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to track social analytics for accounts. I run social accounts for many pages, and HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easily viewable for each account for posted content and performance of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes content is approved to schedule and then fails, and I don't receive a notification until in the platform. I wish I received messages for failed to post content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to maintain relationships with contacts on different channels i.e., email marketing program, social content, landing pages, and automated email conversationl.
