Great tool for streamlining and automation
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Marketing Hub is you can enroll contacts in any workflow and create specific triggers that the contact will take
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very intricate and sometimes I cant figure out the best route to take, depending on the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to properly capture leads, automate new workflows and track lead status

What do you like best about the product?
I think Hubspot Marketing hub is incredibly intuitive and it offers a ton of support on its support page and software blog pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more compatible on a phone or iPad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team, and HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to operate easily and invite people to collaborate when we need something shared. The forms and landing pages are great as someone who got into marketing without an official degree!
Hubspot optimizes my workflow!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and integration to create an end to end journey for users is amazing. The ability to have a user join our marketing funnel and our ability to stay relevant in our touchpoints has increased our conversions and decreased our churn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit buggy. There are some ease of use UX and UI issues that create a learning curve when first using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us increase conversions by automating our workflows and optimizing our touchpoints with new and existing users.
Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is! I was a Marketo user for 5 years and we decided to switch to HubSpot. It's crazy how I can create the same work flows, same automation, but it takes less time than Marketo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero dislikes with the Marketing Hub from Hubspto
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to get leads for our company at a reasonable return on investment. It makes me more productive and looks like a rock star for the company!
The ultimate marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage everything from here and it's really intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should have the feature to do dashboards with calculated metrics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned it's really good for email marketing purposes and really easy to use, but we have a lot of difficulties when trying to add customize reports.

It keeps all of your marketing channels in one place and has easy access to analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Some social sharing features are limited, ie. no IG reels or longer videos

It helps me keep the company website, marketing channels, and analytics all in one place.
User-Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly it is to use this feature. I've been able to seamlessly access analytics and update our CRM without having to leave the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that it might take a bit of digging to find.

Integrating our social analytics into how we create lists through our CRM system
Best marketing software I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Possibilities of personalization - it seems like everything I want to do, I can do, both with banner CTAs, segmentations, workflow setups and landing page and email design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that I wished I had was more customization on reports, especially customer journey and form submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a huge customer and leads base that we are organizing every day on Hubspot. It helped us immensely to connect both Marketing and Sales, and follow along the whole process and customer journey until the person buys our solution. Instead of getting a lead through marketing and sending it via zapier to the sales team, and then the sales team has to send the info back to marketing when it closes, we have it all integrated into one single platform and working seamlessly.
User friendly, educational, and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about it! The email tool itself is enough to get me hooked. It is very user friendly, the team at HubSpot always answers my questions in a timely and effective manner, the academy has amazing resources to grow my skills and our emails are looking great (and turning results)!
What do you dislike about the product?
The privacy restrictions are a bit annoying... because our team is combining several tools for our organization, HubSpot doesn't always get the full picture of what is happening with our customer permissions. I wish it would allow for 'cold' contact, even tho they have given us permission outside of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making everything easy to do, easy to learn from, and effectively converting new users. This is an organizational tool that has made team clarity increase!
HubSpot is a great marketing platform for SMB & constantly evolving
What do you like best about the product?
Loving some of the new beta features - for example how you can view contacts in a board and the different filters you can apply and how to view them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-save is a good feature, but takes some getting used to and you need to be sure you don't exit before your work is saved. Landing page builder is still not the most easy to use and has some limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helps us organize our contacts and accounts and track all activity against both -- which is very easy to do with the email integration.
- Helps us send emails to our mailing list in an efficient way -- very easy to replicate emails to use for different/ongoing campaigns.
