What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating email and editing the templates, as well as creating campaigns and all their assets such as: landing page, form, campaign tranking, email nurturing flows, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see some difficulties in editing email and landing page templates that restrict creativity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to do analysis and to have all marketing assets gathered in a single tool. Another facility is that the tool is GDPR compliant and anti-spam compliant.

The integration of the marketing platforms and the visibility of all data in one place
I really enjoy using HubSpot, they have a excellent customer service and user-friendly platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is how easy it is to use, and how their team of customer service is so open and open to help. They are always open to understand, provide insights and help us in the best way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up until now, I haven't had major dislikes about HubSpot. I think most of the challenges I've head was regarding not knowing how to use certain tools, but since they have a great help center, the downside is minimal, and always offers help to solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me to create an accurate data-base of contacts, as well as create automated emails and marketing campaigns for my clients in the most effective way.

Everything. All automation reports, user friendly. Workflows, SEO, campaigns etc.

Exceptional software for all your marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that you can easily find everything you need to execute marketing campaigns in one place. Their free tier alone is out of this world. Email Campaigns , SMS campaigns you make it Hubspot got you covered
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is not really easy to execute. Also adding your own domain name to the URL is not all that easy. If these two would have been in place I wouldn't have had any problems at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me Hubspot is the tool for everything marketing. I don't need to have too many tools to have an effective marketing campaign. All I need is hubspot marketing hub.

What do you dislike about the product?
The list of unengaged contacts became a source of concern for us. One particular issue was that HubSpot implemented graymail scoring without our knowledge. As a result, we faced significant challenges when many of our clients didn't open our emails and were automatically added to the unengaged contacts list. This inclusion on the list prevented us from sending them marketing emails, causing considerable setbacks.

Marketing Hub has been instrumental in addressing several key pain points for us. Firstly, it allows us to organize and execute all our marketing communications within a single platform. This eliminates the hassle of managing multiple systems, data warehouses, or content management systems. Secondly, automation enables us to streamline communications based on various conditions and segment criteria. This ensures targeted and personalized messaging for our audience.
Additionally, Marketing Hub provides valuable visibility into the entire buyer journey, allowing us to understand customer behavior and optimize our campaigns accordingly. The convenience and flexibility of the "hub" model have encouraged us to expand its usage to other focus areas, such as Account-level segmentation and targeting for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. With Marketing Hub, we can create evergreen experiences for our customers, and automation empowers us to be more consistent and rigorous in our approach. Collaborating with our Sales Ops team and BI lead has been remarkable, confidently stating, "We can generate a comprehensive report on that entire journey using HubSpot."

Great for integrations and automations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing hub allows us to easily automate multiple aspects of our B2B marketing. Their integration capabilities ensure we have a single path for prospects to enter our database and then we can utilize the automation tools for continued nurturing and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to the Salesforce integration and HubSpot scoring models. I'd like to see a way to trigger workflows based on campaign member status. It would also be helpful to have more general ways to score contacts or zero their score based on certain actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to automate daily processes which saves me hours of manual work. It also allows us to create landing page and email templates that ensure a consistent customer and prospect experience.

A robust marketing ops platform in an accessible package that seamlessly scales with your business
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub puts a powerful workflow, content, and communications platform inside of a flexible and user-friendly package that can be tuned to your business needs with relative ease. The marketplace integrations make setting up data exchange across tools and platforms effortless as well. I've had less experienced team members spin up on Marketing Hub in just a couple of weeks and I've seen Certified Hubspot experts run complex Workflows that scale and respond to a variety of customer types and conditions -- this is all happening in one platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is more intuitive than alternatives and provides some flexibility, I'd like to see more customization and organization options, as well as better guidance in crafting scalable workflows based on desired goals. Despite best efforts to stay organized, it's easy for an instance to become noisy, especially with multiple team members working alongside each other. Custom tagging, filtering, and grouping, across functional areas of Marketing Hub could go a long way against the former. AI-driven experience creation, which Hubspot is actively developing, would go a long way in serving the latter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Marketing Hub to help us with a few key pain points: organizing and executing all of our marketing communications in a single place, automating communications based on a variety of conditions and segment criteria, and creating visibility into the entire buyer journey. By bringing this all into one place we can create more effective campaigns without the headache of managing multiple systems, data warehouses, or content / content management systems. As we benefit from the convenience and flexibility of the 'hub' model we see more reason to bring other focus areas into Hubspot. These include Account-level segmentation and targeting for things like ABM. The automation gives us a chance to be more rigorous and consistent with the way the team thinks about building evergreen experiences for a variety of customers, vs always having to think of communications as one-offs. It's been wonderful walking into a conversation with our Sales Ops team and our BI lead and being able to say "we can pull that entire journey into a report in Hubspot."
One of the best ways to keep your content centralized and consistent
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create and update emails, both for automation and one off marketing blasts. Additionally, creating landing pages, blogs, and forms is made easy with their editing tools and the best part is that we can also organize everything into different campaigns and track the success of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media calendar tool isn't quite up to the task when we want to post videos, carousel photos, and it lacks the ability to save consistent hashtags to use with social media posts. Also it unfortunately wont allow you to associate content that was posted by another medium (either the actual social media account or something like hootsuite) to existing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot offers high quality analytics tools which makes it even easier than other platforms to view items such as open rates, unique opens, and it mitigates itself to track changes that are being done by email providers or different OS types that may conflict with tracking. The best example right now is how iOS made changes to their email tracking, which makes it difficult to determine open rates from apple product users. The update the hubspot implemented helps to still track those interactions while respecting and abiding to GDPR.
