Easy integration with email, easy to automate, easy to schedule
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration. Being able to send automated emails that are scheduled but still personalized. Being able to schedule social posts on all channel at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit of design in email and social settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automation - utilizing the workflows
managing different marketing funnels are complicated, but Hubspot make them easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the automation tools such as workflows and auto-notification for the forms. The customer services are also prompt and helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much. Only the new API integration is a bit confusing to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We start finding a CRM system for a couple of reasons: 1. a centralized dashboard to manage contacts with a granular setting. 2. a centralized place to manage all the paid media performance. 3, and most important, to free up human resources by enabling automation tools. Hubspot marketing hub did all three parts for us. I think the best thing I like is the automation tool did help to save up a lot of time and avoid human errors when dealing with intricate contact information and attributions.

There was no negative experience with this tool.

HubSpot marketing, really it is a good tool for my business. I didn't find a misuse so far.

Automation: We can automate everything, this reduces hours of operational work.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with campaigns with social platforms, search engines and any ad campaign is just seamless and gives a lot of tools to better everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that marketing contacts have a limit and you have to pay everytme you exceed it. Hubspot has created bundles for this which makes it easier but still it's kind of a hassle for companies with high lead creation.

Information regarding campaigns, lead generation, link with lead assignment.

What do you like best about the product?
Great automations and lots of useful integration. Support is excellent and we received product updates on regular basis which helps us to cope with the trends

Pricing can be Little affordable also they should provide some free trial or some plans for small and medium businesses.

It's like one man army for me my entire work of marketing team is done by single software from social media to landing page and many more.
Hubspot for Automations - Not bad at all!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful I would say, is the ability to keep all your sales and marketing operations in one place and then automate all the campaigns using workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic features are simply absent there, and that pisses me off sometimes. For example, you can't create a simple a/b test in the workflow without skinning the cat and thinking up some crazy workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to erase the silo between the growth and sales teams as I do see what they're doing, what workflows do they have around the new leads and prospects and how I can put in the new piece of marketing experiment to help them.

At MarineMax, we always strive to use tools that give us a "360-degree view" of our clients. Marketing Hub makes that possible, allowing us to gauge customer interest across our most important digital channels.

For specific features like Forms, styling and customization can be fairly limited. If anything could be improved, it would just be the ability to make things more personalized to our business.

Using a centralized marketing analytics tool like HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to segment and reach our marketing contacts with the most compelling and targeted messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the data and analytics that Hubspot provides. I also like the sales and marketing hubs within the same company account. It makes it very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disklike the lack of set up assistance. Also, it is such a robust system that it is difficult to navigate and difficult to learn how to maximize the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to social networks and scheduling these posts, Emai marketing and automations, including workflows. Contact management and integrations. .Also analytics from all of these platforms.

When you cancel a campaign to make changes, you have to clone it before being able to send it
