Good tool for email marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for sending customer emails and gather customer info, easy to use and we have all customer comms in 1 place
What do you dislike about the product?
Email builder could be better, and open rates are now subject to Apple privacy fake opens, so it's hard to get accurate data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool to send mass emails and have centralized customer info and comms...
Best Marketing Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration with other software like, Salesforce, Salesloft etc, workflows are very easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes on this software

Email Marketing, Forms and landing pages, Marketing Automation
Easy and streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage emails, contacts, and companies. It is very simple to manage and edit information and facilitate emails and contact records. I also love being able to create powerful workflows fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some simpler contact views as there is a lot to navigate on the individual user screens and also be able to manage multiple companies within companies, i.e. partner/child companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Programming and sending emails, being able to customize and solve for unique needs fairly easily.
Great platform! Easy to use and really robust
What do you like best about the product?
It is an extremely powerful and robust platform. I uncover more and more capabilities every time I am building out campaigns. I love the library of integrations into the platform, as we leverage many of them to streamline connectivity across technologies
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't think there is a single think I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub. It supports all our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Marketing Hub to support a wide-range of different needs. It serves as our Content Management platform, hosting two different websites, and connects directly into SalesForce. It benefits us by making our data management process more streamlined.
A Transformative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has helped streamline all our marketing efforts across multiple business units. We have been able to close align our sales and marketing efforts which has seen a great upward trend in results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is how it is priced with additional marketing contacts being in groups of 5,000. It would be great if these went in smaller increments like 2,000
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub has enabled us to consolidate all of our marketing tools into one, much better tool. This is invaluable for creating accurate reports across the full buyer lifecycle and journey with our brand.
Easy and Scalable marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
They email and campaign features are great
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create sequences in the marketing suite and needing the sales suite for it isn't ideal

Being able to do marketing to scale and to track email marketing efforts
A Mecca for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Marketing CRM is a comprehensive platform where Marketers can find all tools need to conduct a strategy that comprises every approach, from organic inbound marketing to outbound ads marketing, in a heartbeat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities are "not as good" as specific competitors. For example, the email marketing client is a strong contender, but in front of Mailchimp, certain aspects fall short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is the strongest CRM I've used in my life. It makes everything easier and more manageable. At the same time it's so big that the limit is your imagination.

Great interface and loved the platform. I've also used Hubspot for Marketing Certificates.

No downsides, I really liked the platform!

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a great variety of tools, resources, and personalization options. Even the free version is really comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a little bit confusing for non-tech people when setting up new parameters or customizing fields.

The tool makes it simpler and easier for the team to build funnels and track deals progress.

I love their contact management - it auto-detects companies and has useful filters

Can be a bit convoluted for first-time users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me to manage my mailing lists, sorting them by companies and also allows me to manage unsubscription requests.
