What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the Lead Scoring Tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been working in HubSpot for about 5 years now, and I honestly can say that there is not anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving for me, is the amount of time it takes to build an email. Without HubSpot Email Builder, it would take me 2-3 times longer to design an email.

What do you like best about the product?
The new features have made creating campaigns much easier and more intuitive. I find the process of setting up new emails and connecting them with forms and other actions to be very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overwhelming for some users, especially for those who do not use HubSpot regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, we struggled with tracking the data from our inbound campaigns, as it was unclear which leads originated from which specific campaign. Additionally, since the marketing team was not using HubSpot, managing new projects was inefficient. Now, with the implementation of dashboards, we have a much clearer view of all our campaigns and leads, which has greatly improved our workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that HubSpot Marketing Hub provides easy integration through its partnerships, which simplified the setup process for us. The setup was generally straightforward, allowing us to quickly start utilizing the software with minimal hassle. A key feature I really find beneficial is the meeting scheduler, which allows us to create multiple scheduling links, enhancing our capability to manage appointments efficiently. The platform's ability to help us connect with customers across multiple states is invaluable, supporting our broader communication strategy. I also enjoy the wide variety of features available and the flexibility to customize them to fit our specific needs. Additionally, the software's seamless interaction with the Google Suite is a highlight, as we have not encountered any issues with this integration. Overall, the ease of connecting with our external partners through HubSpot Marketing Hub is a major advantage that makes the platform worthwhile for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced challenges with the trial period management as it caused complications when the Sales Pro trial expired, disrupting our setup. Additionally, I believe there should be longer trial periods for new users to minimize these issues.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to connect with customers across multiple states, benefiting from its features like individualized options and the meeting scheduler, while easy integration with partners enhances our efficiency.

Centralized Analytics Make Marketing Efforts Crystal Clear

What do you like best about the product?
I like how central everything is, I can see all of the analytics from our social media audience to how well our emails have performed. It makes it easy to get a good overview of what effort's are coming from marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the social media scheduling tab is a little wonky. For example, it won't let you schedule an Instagram reel sometimes, and the YouTube scheduler doesn't work either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot simplifies the process of scheduling all my social media posts. I also appreciate the social media calendar, which allows me to get an overview of the month's content. This feature is especially helpful because it saves me time by eliminating the need to manually enter information.

It's generally a little bit of a labyrinth - sometimes hard to find what you want

HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy for me to set up and manage email campaigns and gauge performance. It's helped me optimize some email blasts that have performed really well. It integrates well with sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HubSpot Marketing Hub has allowed me to centralize all of our marketing efforts in one place, which previously involved juggling multiple tools. This integration has made tracking easier and brought all aspects from lead tracking to management and reporting under one roof, giving us a clear picture of our direction and objectives. The email marketing automation workflows and CRM integration are features I find particularly useful and essential for efficient marketing. Getting accustomed to the platform was initially challenging, but the use of HubSpot Academy and hands-on tutorials made the setup easier, thanks to the intuitive nature of the platform once understood. Furthermore, the platform has contributed to our organization becoming more data-driven and efficient, which is a key reason I would consider purchasing it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the reporting dashboard could be more customizable. Currently, I need to create a lot of customized properties and manually build those for data visualizations and cross-supporting. This makes it less intuitive and requires more effort from my end to tailor the reports according to my specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our marketing efforts, streamlines campaign management, and automates lead nurturing, making tracking easier. It integrates email marketing automation, CRM, and reporting, which enhances our data-driven decisions and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
