Best solution for Analysing all your marketing platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is you can connect multiple tools and track a user's journey through all these tools without a disconnect. It makes it very east to integrate multiple data sources into one view. The pricing is very good, not too expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email marketing is amazing, but when connecting data from different sources, deals to clicks, or anything, the tools' simplicity goes out of the picture. UI or user-friendliness of the tool can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly to track user journey on various platforms, currently tracking the deals/leads, what marketing source they are coming from. We also use it to send email campaigns, which is very easy to use.
HubSpot has great tools that integrate seamlessly with other programs like gmail and DocuSign.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using the program. You can add customized fields that pertain to your business and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about HubSpot is importing contacts. It doesn't always pick up the user fields automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing is helping to send marketing material and keep track of who it was sent to as well as who responded.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing tool helps me stay on track when I have multiple things happening at the same time. The search engine is powerful and I can narrow down my list through detailed criteria plus I get to create my own fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Hibspot is so powerful, the system can be intimidating and overwhelming to learn especially if you are learning marketing too. So newbies needs to take a small portion at a time, then build on their skills by adding more functionality as they go. HubSpot allows you to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to stay organize when they are so many moving pieces and large numbers of contacts. I can give each contact the personal touch by knowing who they are a a group which I can do easily on HubSpot.
Does all the basics and is intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Most tasks are very seamless and is designed very well. Email and asset management is very easy. The design elements for email are much better than salesforce marketing cloud. Integrations are very easy to implement and requires minimal setup for marketing attribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report building isn't the best and there isn't a Bing Ads integration, so we are missing some data and will have to pull data manually to complete our marketing analytics. It sometimes takes way too long to figure out how to pull a report for the straightforward data point you need. The landing page creation is overly complex in some ways, and it can be challenging to find the sections you need. Some templates are not editable, and it's not clear when you're implementing them into your campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us determine what marketing assets and sources are bringing in the most deals/revenue. It helps us understand where we are successful and where we aren't. It's also great with workflow and automation.
Great Performance and Growth Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides a lot of great features, but my personal favorites are their deep segmentation capabilities, workflows/automation capabilities, and then the ease of use in creating marketing collateral (email, blog posts, landing pages, lead capture forms, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional moments or actions that we run into a wall with HubSpot, but those are typically infrequent and very specific to our business needs (which I realize, can be difficult to perfectly accommodate out of the box).

HubSpot has given us multi-touch marketing capabilities that we previously did not have.

There's nothing I dislike. They always have new beta features added, which makes marketing's life easier and more efficient.

Occasionally, Hubspot can be glitchy and prevent me from completing my intended task. But it's not enough to make me look for another platform.
