The HubSpot product is best in class; the support teams create a painless implementation process.
What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing and automation workflow potential is immense in HubSpot. We will use it to host all of our forms and run hundreds of automation workflows.
The platform is intuitive and the UI makes navigating simple. The templates and are easy to access and create for all members of our team.
We foresee substantial efficiency gains and improved lead generation as we continue to use the marketing automation tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far (we are really early in our implementation), our biggest issues are that we can't use all the features due to our exisiting MarTech platforms. It is an excellent B2B tool, but we are unable to take advantage of some of the sophisticated lead scoring, etc., because of our less modern systems.
Navigation sometimes requires a significant number of steps (clicks) and finding settings and options is a challenge—this is magnified significantly when dealing with themes and styling.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is still early, but having a complete view of our prospects' history of engagement with our company will be a game changer. We will be able to segment our audience with more agility, and send more meaningful marketing messages to the right people at the right time.
Very user friendly and lots of features to manage inbound marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Email workflows are the best about HubSpot marketing hub. Makes email campaign management quite easy to schedule and track the analytics. Pretty straightforward process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page creation can be simpler. There are a loads of features but it can get confusing at times. The drag and drop is easy but can be a bit complicated for someone just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot marketing Hub is simplifying the over all inbound marketing for me. The best part is a lot of marketing stuff can be done within a single platform. Makes it very convenient.

The best about Hubspot is that if we need something or have a problem, we can contact the support team. They are always here to help. We also have a lot of videos to help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some points are poorly explained, and you can not find every problem you have on the website. The application should be more intuitive, and it would be great if the app could recognize the devices on which we often connect to avoid asking us for double connections each time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us to program posts on LinkedIn. It's beneficial; we also can track links and see the origin of the clicks. It is very easy to build pages with Hubspot however we should add elements so that we can change a landing page without going into the design tool

Hubspot takes the guess work out of your business day and helps me stay organized and on track with the projects that I am working on.

So far I haven't found any issues that have made me not want to work with this particular software.

Hubspot Marketing simplified my day by allowing me to stay in one place to handle my day to day needs when marketing for musicians on social media. I am able to focus more on the content and the client than before thanks to Hubspot

The amalgamation of social, email and reporting is super helpful. I can't even imagine going back to the archaic manual process I had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding wasn't everything I was hoping for. I still found myself searching for information elsewhere and spending a lot of time looking at their knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to save time. Instead of switching back and forth all day, I can jump into the marketing hub and put my head down.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use and the capability to work across social media sites and various platforms. I also enjoy its analytic features where I can track clicks, views, and use.

I've used this for four months now and I LOVE its ease of use. I have no issues with it so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and timing are the biggest issue for us right now, so its features help tremendously when I'm working during the week. I am also able to analyze what's working and what isn't so I can adjust accordingly.

I would say the best feature in HubSpot marketing hub is the automatic workflows. We use it to do EDM and other workflows, which saves our time.

1. Report
In this case, when we set up EDM based on workflows, we actually want to evaluate each step's performance and receipts details. But now we cannot do this.
2. Email
When setting up the emails, it cannot configure multiple emails at a time, which is quite frustrating. We need to do it repeatedly if we update something new.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love the fact that you can pull reports, view live forms, manage social media, and even have your emails in one place, no more multiple platforms and remembering passwords and extra individual charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although HubSpot is a very diverse and expansive tool, I feel as though to sign up we are definitely lied to about it's capabilities. I was told we have ALL functionality as Wufoo and you do not when it comes to payment options and etc., you can only update your marketing contacts once a month, and although customer service is AMAZING, if the request gets elevated you have a VERY SLIM chance that your problem will be resolved. Also, the onboarding training IS not that great.

Overall any small problems or technical issues are handled right away by the customer service team, who are phenomenal.

As a developer it has been a bit challenging regarding the workflow process.
What do you like best about the product?
Webpage statistics are great, module preview are pretty helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, the sandbox we are currently using is not ideal. The release process from staging to prod is also not ideal. Also what would be helpful is a example of how a company's website repositories and assets should be organized when using HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes working with website content much easier for marketing team, however, for engineering team not as much.
Hubspot Is More Than Just A 2-in-1 Shampoo Bottle
What do you like best about the product?
When first introduced to HubSpot, I used to joke about it being a 2-in-1 shampoo bottle. AKA It overpromised and under-delivered. That was about three years ago. In that time, the product has constantly improved, their team has taken feedback, and I've seen their response improve the platform for the better.
I use the marketing hub daily for everything from content management, email, and social, and running over 250 automation workflows. It may have taken a bit of time. But it has become my marketing vehicle of choice, and I recommend it highly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The honest downsides are HubSpot hides some of the coolest features behind paywalls or doesn't always make it the easiest to find information. Once you get comfortable with using the community tab and contacting the chat service however, you typically see results quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes everything centralized, and I can get comfortable learning one interface. As a marketer, I've always used various tools and consolidating things into one source has been a power play for productivity.
