Great for Aggregation, But Complex for Campaign Goal Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to connect a lot of platforms in one place and see aggregate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too difficult to incorporate real campaign goals because the elements like sales, SQL, engagement, etc are in other hubs like sales or content. This increases the difficulty of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for implementing some surface-level automation to marketing efforts. Hubspot + Zapier helps in making the audience's experience less cumbersome.
Easy to Use with Great Workflows, but Salesforce Sync Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. Out of the box attribution is also wonderful. Workflows are easy and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration is okay. Some parts are good, but the two-way sync doesn't always work well. Sometimes Salesforce will overwrite a hubpot property. Wish there was a "prefer hubspot" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem HubSpot solves for us is inbound lead consolidation, attribution, and data management.
A powerful and flexible CRM that scales with your team
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub simplifies the process of managing everything in a single platform, including emails, forms, and automation. Its workflows and segmentation features are both robust and user-friendly, allowing for easy personalization of communication on a large scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features, such as custom reporting, A/B testing for specific assets, and extra automation steps, are restricted to the higher-tier plans. This can make the platform quite costly for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has allowed us to bring all our marketing activities together in a single platform, including forms, emails, landing pages, and automation. This consolidation has eliminated the need to manage several different tools. As a result, tracking the entire customer journey from the initial interaction to conversion has become much simpler, and passing leads to the sales team is now a smooth process.

Effortless Email Creation, Unsure About Advanced Journey Features
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, easy to import contacts and easy to create emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it particularly extensively yet, I don't know if it has the same journey capabilities as salesforce marketing cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to send out newsletters to our clients. It's easy to use and allows me to do it quickly.
Feature-Rich and User-Friendly, But Costs Add Up Across Modules
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and long list of feature options and native integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are broken out across multiple modules/tiers and costs add up quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to email our customer data base and track activities across web and communications
An extremely powerful CRM that can unlock a world of improved productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an exceptionally powerful product that manages to avoid being cluttered or difficult to use. It plays a central role in our daily business operations, offering a quick setup process while remaining flexible enough to implement highly efficient solutions like custom workflows. The support team at Hubspot is always accessible and has been instrumental in helping set up Anyvan for success. The extensive information available, along with advanced technical features such as the API and MCP server, make it a pleasure to work with from an engineering manager's perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing custom filtered lists with colleagues in Hubspot can be quite challenging. It would be very helpful to have the ability to create tailored views for different roles, as this would greatly improve collaboration and efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping to bridge the gap between engineering and marketing, making it possible to create powerful automations within a single CRM-based solution. With Hubspot, it becomes much easier to send personalized emails, maintain a unified view of each customer, and track every stage of a customer's journey with enriched data.
User-Friendly Interface with Effective Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub extremely easy to navigate, which significantly enhances my user experience and efficiency. I love how it summarizes calls and keeps up with notes, providing an organized and comprehensive way to manage communications. Additionally, I appreciate the help desk, contacts, and ticket sections which are integral to my work, particularly in documenting and tracking analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the notification settings in HubSpot Marketing Hub cumbersome to navigate and set up. Instead of having to individually configure notifications for each task, I would prefer a centralized settings section where I can easily enable sound or visual notifications without the hassle of searching and configuring each one separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me track analytics, document details, and its easy-to-navigate interface lets me manage calls and notes effectively.
Excellent Support and Analytics, But New UI Less User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, accuracy, support and analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
i am not a big fan of their latest UI. It was more uder friendly a year or so ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great CRM to use.
User-Friendly Campaigns and Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to spin up emails and landing pages with the drag-and-drop builder, segment audiences, and schedule campaigns on a clear calendar. Workflows make common automations (nurtures, hand-offs to sales, post-webinar follow-ups) straightforward, and the reporting dashboards give quick readouts on opens, clicks, and sourced revenue so it’s simple to iterate. I also appreciate the breadth of tutorials and lessons—new users can ramp without a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features (deeper analytics, experimentation) sit behind higher tiers. Terminology can feel a bit proprietary at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates list management, content creation, automation, and performance tracking in one place, reducing tool sprawl and manual work. Centralized data keeps branding consistent across channels, improves attribution, and gives stakeholders clear metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate ROI.
