Robust business growth platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub has good reporting across funnel stages helping decision making as well as frequent updates and new features as the platform continues developing
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub has high cost or the pricing escalates quickly as you need more features as also the learning curve is steep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in decision making by reporting across funnel stages
Outstanding Support and Intuitive Asset Building
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's customer support is second to none. They do a great job of ensuring there are multiple methods to get help at any hour of the day, whether you want to talk to someone live, correspond via email, or chat live. Asset building is also very intuitive, providing a lot of easy options regardless of technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot makes a lot of things very easy, I think they are often a solution best suited for organizations that are marketing-driven or small. Sometimes the capabilities working with an external CRM like Salesforce are a bit clunky or less intuitive compared to other MA platforms I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us with all of our marketing communication, provides operational workflows for our MQL identification and routing, and connects to external systems like Salesforce, Zoom Events, Bizzabo, etc. to help us better track and leverage data across marketing efforts.
All-in-One Platform with Easy Use, But Needs In-Line Editing in Reports
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been our go-to platform to keep everything in one place. From enrichment of contacts with powerful integrations to seamless qualification processes, it helps us keep our data up-to-date. Even the team members who are not very tech savvy find it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unability to edit records in-line in reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manage all our account and contact lists on sheets and things often used to get messy. With HubSpot's in-app features and powerful integrations, we are able to connect our apps with the platform and sync data from outside of the platform as well.
Excellent Lead Scoring, But Social Features Need UI/UX Improvement

Lead scoring and the campaigns are the most important

Events and social could be a better UI UX

The marketing Hub is orchestrating the marketing strategy aligned with the sales GTM
Excellent Analytics and Usability, But Limited by Cheaper Plans
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the range of analytics it provides, as well as how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many restrictions on the cheaper plans.

Data spread throughout different sources and manual input.
Easy Email Marketing with Helpful Support, But Needs More Social Media Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is helpful and easy to integrate when creating marketing emails. I like that I can use it to see insights clearly on emails and use it regularly. When needed, customer service has been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to access additional social media insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing is helping our organization manage marketing -- largely emails and managing our leads.
Centralized Marketing with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our marketing efforts by having emails, social media posts, templates, and assets all tracked in one place. The ability to manage forms for lead generation and event registrations is incredibly valuable. The built-in automation tools are a huge time saver and contribute to efficiency. I find the forms and email capabilities very useful, and the social post generation feature is a standout, allowing me to post to multiple social accounts simultaneously. The new AI features enhance efficiency significantly, and overall, the functionality and efficiency of HubSpot Marketing Hub allow me to be more effective without having a full marketing team. Setting it up was smooth due to my prior experience, and the process of uploading branding was straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the quality of the AI generated content for email and social post generation in HubSpot needs improvement, as the content it produces is not amazing and requires a fair bit of revision. Additionally, the functionality of the campaign management and call-to-action elements can be less intuitive, which is workable but could be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to centralize marketing efforts, streamline email and social media management, form lead generation, track campaigns, and save time with automation.
Boosted Sales Efficiency & Strategic Insight
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub incredibly useful for gaining a comprehensive view of my leads. I am able to easily access information about different leads, including what forms they have filled out, events they have attended, and pages they have visited on our website. This information is crucial as it allows me to better focus my efforts on the right leads and make informed follow-ups. I particularly appreciate the contact in company record timeline feature, which provides visibility into all marketing activities that my contacts have undertaken. This tool has significantly enhanced my day-to-day tasks, making them more efficient and strategic. Moreover, the platform offers enhanced visibility across marketing and sales teams, letting us understand contact interactions without needing to guess or ask the marketing team. This strategic overview allows me to be more effective in my sales role. I am also pleased with the holistic understanding and ability to strategize better with the available data, marking HubSpot as an indispensable tool in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to see the phone numbers and emails of contacts within HubSpot Marketing Hub without needing to use a different software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to identify and prioritize leads, understanding their engagement helps me focus on follow-up, making my tasks more efficient and strategic.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not quite sure yet because I'm having some trouble learning it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things aren't quite as intuitive as I would like them to be. There are many prerequisites. For example, when I try to create a survey, I must first create survey properties. When I create a dashboard, I must first create reports. It would be helpful if there was a bot or a wizzard that helped explain this so that I wasn't so reliant upon power users in my organization.

It's a powerful program that brings a lot of tools together in one place.
