HubSpot Marketing Hub is 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and allows me to easily publish blog posts, social posts, etc. Plus customer support always goes above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to easily manage blogs, email marketing, and socials in one place.
Decent functionality, Hubspot Marketing Hub seems to be built more for comfort than power.
What do you like best about the product?
Report dashboards, lists, campaign manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to historically accurately represent activity properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a CRM and managing nurture sequences.
It is great for keeping track of social media posts and campaigns.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it tracks our social media posts. It is awesome to see all of my posts lined out through a calendar. It makes it easier to schedule out daily posts or next weeks posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that each URL in a social media post is changed to a hubspot URL. It does not even give you the option to not have it as hubspot - even on instagram. I would try to say something like "Visit us at 'cwi.edu'" and then Hubspot will change it to hubspot/1999726gdsb or something. It is hard to direct people to something from Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to schedule posts. Before I was having to log in everyday to post, now I can plan out my week.

cant't group accounts together. No up to date on the image/video req on social media sites

I like how my team can see all data in one place, it makes it very easy to see what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social media would be included in the starter plan we have.

It's solving the problem of having to use multiple softwares for different things we need to do.

Intuitive, great self-service and useful learning content, easy for small team to manage and execute without a developer

not enough customization with backend infra set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's solving the need for custom landing pages and a full blown marketing program for a series A startup with 2 marketing team members, we're able to run a pretty robust and multi channel marketing program
Great experience, wish it had the ability to schedule vertical posts on instagram.

The new social scheduling now supports carousels on Instagram!

Doesn't support vertical video on istagram.

Hubspot has been really user intuitive and easy to use

The ability to easily get things done. The interface is really easy to use and train other people on .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the design tools can be a bit difficult to use. Even when I have everything exactly how it needs to be the preview doesn't show that.

Hubspot is really easy when I have an issue, I can easily message a HubSpot team member and they help me right away.
Marketing Hub is far and away the best CRM I have used. Everything is simple and easy to automate.

creating facebook campaigns through the hubspot platform limits the flexibility of the campaign architecture
