What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use platform for beginners to build websites, launch personalised email and social campaigns and track clear outcomes; Hubspot is one of the best marketing automation platforms that is seamless to use and also enables sales and marketing collaboration easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot platform is very modular and pricing is based on every single module you purchase and the number of contacts you market to- which makes it very expensive as you start leveraging it more and more..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hubspot for automating all our marketing efforts- from building the corporate website and campaign landing pages to sending personalised emails and campaigns to uploaded database of contacts and then tracking campaign outcomes and digital footprints of all contacts

One of the most effective tool, is very user-friendly. Hubspot marketing Hub enables you to reach out to different prospects easily and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes page does not load even internet is good.

Yes, reaching out to bulk of people with all the data in one place. Good analytical data

The integrated nature of the platform helps us with keeping everything in one place and have an overview of our marketing strategies!
Great all rounder for marketing mix
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use in all instances. Simplified contact input. Links up to all major software. Lots of training exercises to get you u to speed fast. Manage all socials in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates are few and far between for emails. When social posts don't post due to an error you aren't notified so this can be easily missed. In some cases posts have been posted but it says they haven't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a new business when it comes to marketing. The best problem being solved is how easy the software is to use and set up. Meaning we can crack on with our plans fast.
A easy tool for a great success
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seamless integration of the marketing tools and that I'm allowed to work with my team anytime any day of the year. It's really easy to use and I also can't manage my different social medias.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with hotspot I just think that maybe to have some tutorials of the platform will be great for beginners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hotspot has help me to see the metrics of my social media, and the inside of my post to verify which ones are having success and which ones aren't

Marketing hub makes it easy to import & edit contact lists, create email templates & campaigns, and manage social media- all in a simple-to-use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates catalog could be larger, along with additional features for email customization like html, etc.

We wanted a single platform to manage all of our marketing channels from one place, and HubSpot delivers on that aspect.

The Hubspot marketing automation tool is very easy to use and user friendly

Since I used this tool in my previous company and at that time I didn't find anything to dislike.

Hubspot Marketing Hub solves lots of problems for my marketing and saves lots of time

What do you like best about the product?
I like the use of campaigns and trackable links. Also the potential that those 2 resources have to integrate and understand web analytics. Haven't seen similar to campaigns in competitros platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to access trackable links in the social tab instead having to go to the settings tab, it was confusing at the begining. Locating trackable links associated with social in a more organic place. Personally I need to deep dive in the reports to see if I can get all the answers I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the company to integrate team members who work remotely in a streamlined process using social and mailing on a regular basis. We are seeing an increased use of the tool and a good feeling of acceptance from the leadership
Spendy with add on spends = $$$$$$$$
What do you like best about the product?
The automations and auto response for things come in really handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is those best things (mentioned above) are ADD ON -so you'll have to pay a higher dollar amount to get ANY automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is not just a marketing hub - they have multiple PRODUCTS that work together (which also means they do necessarily play well with others as they want the $$ for you to integrate THEIR things.
A powerful all-in-one marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of my marketing tools accessible in one place is fantastic. With one login, I can manage web pages, landing pages, Ads, social media, and more. If I had to rely on different resources, it would be exponentially more challenging
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more advanced features are only offered in the Enterprise plan. The cost delta between Pro and Enterprise is incredibly steep and too much for a smaller company like ours to justify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many things that Hubspot helps me keep organized. This includes tools for SEO management, marketing analytics, and a whole assortment of Dashboards and custom reports.
