Full functioning service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Hubspot. And the knowledge of the customer service if there is ever a confusing step
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything to dislike. Any unnecessary features can be easily avoided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows marketing activities to have a central hub to organize everything from.
It takes a while to learn the language but it is worth it

I like the automation, It takes time to set up but once set up, it is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact it over-rides itself on form entries meaning I have to manually make these changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency
Using the Marketing has been super easy to schedule social media posts across all of our platforms!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like seeing how the month breakdown of posts. I can easily tell where our posts are lacking or if we need more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing groups of posts has been difficult. If I need to change a days' worth of social media I have to go into each individual post to change/update them which is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily scheduling months of social media content for all of our platforms and preparing marketing emails for hundreds of our customers.
All-in-one tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy for users to streamline all of their marketing platforms into one easy-to-use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few down-sides are not being able to embed video in emails, some times social media posts don't automatically upload, and you are unable to schedule carousels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large number of customers and HubSpot makes it easy for us to keep track of all of them and segment them down into specific traits, as we see fit
Good for small to medium companies

hubspot gets the job done when it comes to website building and automation. its simple to use and easy to maintain across different team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
they may not have the most features and filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to automate processes from the moment a lead comes to the site and gets handed over.
How Hubspot Makes Multi-Platform Posts Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot allows scheduling multiple postings at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it's not easy to clean the contacts list. There are also too many fields for people who don't need all those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot lets me schedule multiple posts so I don't need to manually do that every time and on different platforms.
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes my job easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The landing pages are my favourite HubSpot Marketing feature. Its intuitive, easy-to-use and beautiful templates make it easy for myself or my team members to create quick landing pages to support our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the website/landing pages allowed for separately designed mobile experiences. I also wish we could view the page code to make the pages load faster and become more SEO-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is all in one place—social media, website, email marketing, automation. It all integrates beautifully together, allowing me to move onto other projects faster.
Easy-to-use Marketing Automation with Great User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is the best in class. The integrations and workflows that you can create are so helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards are nice, but I wish you could have one that showed your top 50 engaged contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sending emails, creating workflows, and checking engagement very easy. The landing page builder is also very helpful.
Great marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot academy is a great resource to expand your knowledge of the platform and marketing overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much social reporting as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes posting and reporting our social seamless
Intuitive system and great customer support live chat for quick answers!
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and simple to learn through working within the system. Additionally, the live chat customer support feature is great for quick answers to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was conditional logic for properties within HubSpot to help consolidate the number of properties shown at any given time. Additionally it seems like a lot of features require an upgrade which can get frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is allowing us to track our leads throughout our sales pipeline and to learn where they coming from and how they are interacting with our website, etc.
