My worklife much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Being in charge of the sales and marketing processes in my organisation I love to have a all-in-one platform like Hubspot that allows me to switch easily and rapidly between crucial tools such as landing pages or email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately to get the best out of Hubspot you need to upgrade to higher plan. They could provide free credits in ecahnge of referrals to small organisations that can't afford those prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to create everything I need for our marketing strategy from one place, increasing productivity and performance.
Easy to organize your distribution list.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and the learning curve hasnt been steep.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a feature in the email template in which hubspot automatically updated the date of the email, like there's in excel with the funcion =date()

Organize clients in distribution lists.

What do you like best about the product?
There was an offer for a gift card to write this review, which I did then I did not receive the carrot thus resulting in the edited review. Don't waste your time if you receive similarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall waste of time that the review process is when offered incentives to complete one. If I wanted to write a review as an evangelist without incentive I would, but I don't feel that way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot overall is decent software although it takes some time to setup and massage to work for you. You cannot hire an agency to flick the switch either as you'll need to determine your process in detail
Essential tool for any marketer
What do you like best about the product?
Great dashboards, marketing reports, and detailed marketing attribution. An all-in-one tool for any marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to reach customer success for support. I also wish the social media tool includes Instagram carousels, LinkedIn polls, LinkedIn files, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to properly attribute marketing efforts and have insight into analytics to make data-backed marketing decisions.
Hubspot makes my life easy
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is synced in Hubspot, I don't have data or insights in silos, and I can use my data and insights to "smarket" to my leads based on their behaviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Increases in your contact count can get pricey. A lot of the native integrations with apps can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a holistic marketing cycle for leads and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most useful about HubSpot is the ability to track all digital assets as part of a multi channel campaign
What do you dislike about the product?
Least useful about hub sport is the difficulty in easily tracking early stage leads that convert through to deals and then reporting the ROI

We use the deal pipeline across the marketing and sales activity to track the conversion rate from first contact through to business win

What do you like best about the product?
-Very few errors on the serving side

What do you dislike about the product?
Social media CRM is clunky. It could be improved by adding keyword #s, suggested copy, optimal times to post, and the ability to upload stories and carousel posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not that many actually. The main issues is redefining our email marketing strategy, and getting a hirer CTR.
Great system, good support and amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for basic features such as email marketing and landing page creation. Works well from a sales point of view and is a good way to connect your sales and marketing team.
Also, the dashboard function makes some reporting easier.
Then it's possible to connect to different apps, making it a good system.
Also, you can get a developer to design custom landing pages as well so it's editable in that sense.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best reporting system, takes time to get lists filtered and do custom reporting for more technical reports. I would love to see other tools like SMS marketing included as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy-to-execute marketing activities, it helps the sales and marketing teams work better together. Also, a great growth tool to help get into new business with forms and landing pages.
CRM for University Administrators
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a user-friendly way for university administrators to employ technology for a major component of their duty...communicating with students, alumni, friends and supporters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was possible to have a "success coach" embedded in our staff! Although HubSpot does a great job of providing resources, there is so much the tool can do and no way to learn it all instantaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to streamline communications beyond spreadsheets. HubSpot has given us a tool that centralizes our contacts and has made it easier for us to stay connected.
Hubspot is a fine Sales Engagement Platform. There's better, but this is affordable and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It easily integrates with the existing crm (because it IS part of the CRM), and it has really good data and activity tracking for the efficacy of sequences and email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not particularly powerful or robust. Other platforms, like Outreach, Salesloft, or Amplemarket, allow for A/B testing outside of creating whole new templates. They also allow for better data and more sophisticated emails and activities, specifically automated linkedin actions and programming-like syntax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an easy to use and reliable email marketing platform. That saves time and money shopping around and learning how to use the next platform, vs sticking with what we know gets the job done.
