What do you like best about the product?
Personalization, customer journeys, lead scoring, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional features add costs. It seems as if every time we try and do something new, our subscription level is insufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us with lead gen, and improving the quality of our inbound leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps in moving the data efficiently between marketing and sales and also targets buyer intent data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too much intent signal makes the dashboard slow

- Incredibly complete product, allows you to manage and analyze most of your marketing channels in one place.

- Automation and contact management can be a bit hard to get a hold of.

Make sense of your lead generation (ads + organic social) and lead nurturing efforts in an organized way.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole premise of Hubspot is that you are 100% committed to Inbound marketing - it's black and white with no shades of grey. If you are, having everything in one platform is very powerful, but over time you will notice mission creep as Hubspot pushes you to adopt their CMS, their CRM, their Service Desk tool etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep, and in our experience the support has been very poor. Every time we had an issue, we would be encoraged to speak to an agency, and have to fight off being upsold on the Inbound journey when we just wanted help on a specific issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hasn't, hence we are ending our contract soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub simplifies my job. Whether its automating emails, uploading content to my blog, editing workflows, Hubspot makes everything run smoothly. I don't consider myself tech saavy, so I was a bit skeptical before getting to use the platform. Whenever I've encountered any problems, support has always been quick to reply and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to pinpoint something I dislike about the product. Sometimes I have encountered glitches in code or problems with numbered lists on the editor, but these issues have been solved by support or Hubspot community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this platform as a junior marketer to upload content to our blog, promote our content and keep track of its success. Our blog views have increased significantly since we started using it.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation allows me to set my clients up for success and keep their data clean and actively up to date. Being able to send emails, post on social, sort contact data, create website forms, etc all from one platform makes me job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previewing social posts could be improved from the calendar view. It would be nice to be able to see the post from the calendar view without having to click into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows have made it easy to change unengaged contacts to become non-marketing contact; new contacts are nurtured with out 5 email sequence; etc. The integration with various apps have made working with clients various techstacks easy to navigate.

I think HS is great for marketing and crm if you set it up correctly, like any crm.

Workflows and automation. Landing pages and forms. Campaign tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't see customer journey and all touch points in a clear way besides looking at the expanded view of the contact and then you get a list of their activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking campaign's success. Emails. And lead capture.

Not enough ability to do different create assets, not able to do enough with social media aka localisation posts

I love the workflows and being able to check on my social, contacts and email in one tool

The price is rough and I wish the email builder had a better user experience.
