What do you like best about the product?
The customization options within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Templates for websites through partners are sometimes a challenge to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the website functions are most useful for us to be able to integrate our custom forms and capture useful customer insights.

I like the automated workflows and the ability to customize them. I also love the reporting and dashboarding capabilities.

It's a bit complicated for a novice to get started...requires a lot of training to fully use it

It's allowing us to reach our customers and report on our KPIs
Easy to find tools and build
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it so easy to pull together materials and create new outreach items like emails, campaigns, and landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Hubspot's best features are a little hidden away or require admin or higher access to make work. That can be very difficult in a large organization with a slow IT division.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the social platforms in one place and I really like the email system. The e-mail building system is super easy to use and very user-friendly! I also like the workflows a lot, there aren't many better systems out there. The social scheduling tools are also really easy to use and I like having them in one spot so you can do it all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be some advancement made in the social scheduling, especially catching up with Tik Toks, reels and video in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having social in one place so you don't have to repeat yourself or miss one, but could still improve

What do you like best about the product?
It was very helpful to have access to the three major social media platforms for a one-stop social posting service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of training. Can take a while to get a handle of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of posting to socials.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with only a few clicks, I can make changes of all kinds to my website, blog, and emails. There's so much I can do with HubSpot that I don't even hit it all on a regular basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some improvements to the templates of HubSpot-hosted websites. I would also like to have an easier solution to resizing and optimizing photos within HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me streamline my efforts in SEO strategy. If you count the dashboards, it's almost a home run. I think I use HubSpot for almost 90 percent of the work I do as a content manager.
Great experience. I would reccomend to all small business. Not to all large business.

Files and documents, also you can create really powerful emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to bring in modules to the website.

Data retention, it allows for everything to be in one clean organized space.
Hubspot launched us to the future
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to customize the CRM to fit our needs is amazing. Creating custom fields and lists is game-changing. We have the ability to manipulate our lists and data to ensure a successful marketing campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot can be limiting in terms of integrations. I know that they are working on adding more integrations into their marketplace, but sometimes they aren't the greatest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now able to see data in one tool. I can see where my customers and prospects are and what next steps I need to take to meet them where they want to be met.
The best CRM I have had the pleasure of using.

Workflows, and integrations. I love that HubSpot's ability to integrate with several third-party companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Customization options. It would be great to be able to provide custom analytics and performance metrics in a different way, depending on the department.

Customization. Will be able to provide analytics to different departments better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to start with a basic plan and integrate other programs into Hubspot.

There 's lots to learn, especially with all the other hub options.
